Staff members were helpful and pleasant.

Covered Parking and the A/C will make you feel like you are in North Pole. Free Shuttle That there was no garage level check in bathroom. You have to go to floors 1/3/5 upon arrival. It’s not a bad walk to the beach but still you have to walk if there is a wait for the free shuttle.

The breakfast and location No air conditioner on the floors or elevators. Construction going on and the hallways had a musty smell due to the fact there was no air on the floors

The beds were comfortable. No air in the hallway, breakfast needs work, shower temperature not enough and should not pay for parking.

We loved the location! Close to the beach and Coligny plaza The breakfast area was too small and there was barely room to move. I didn't like the fact that there were milk jugs instead of small cartons, it's not hygienic. Also I didn't appreciate having to pay for parking when they have their own parking lot, if it was a shared lot I would have understood.

Everything was great. Perfect location. Walk to Everything.

There was a weird contraption outside the building and look like something that would be done in a 3rd world country. It may have been a water heater since our shower had no hot water. The hallway ways had no AC.

There was no hot water our entire 18 hr stay. We were not offered any kind of refund. It was miserable to take a freezing shower after getting back from the beach

We checked in a a Friday and there was not hot water to two nights. Upon checking out on Sunday, I closed out my account and received a receipt. On Tuesday I was charged again and told that due to an audit my card was charged but it would be reversed in a few days 😡 I will never stay at this property again. The rooms are not clean and very outdated.

The bed was okay the best part was the shower was amazing The hallway was super hot the rooms needs updating

The hotel location is great. We walked to the beach (about 10 minutes). All long the way to the beach, my son took tome to play at park that seemed to be also accessible. The room was tight (we had 2 beds), but had a balcony yo spread. Staff was kind and helpful even when we arrived at 1 in the morning. We were greeted with a smile.

It was ok. But need lots of upgrades Elevator was hot no AC. The hallway was hot no AC no hot water unit late Saturday

Walkable to the beach and Coligny plaza! Our hot water went out for like two days so that kind of put a damper on things.
