Overall our stay was excellent, the furniture around the pool could use some cleaning.

Room was clean, good location. Limited food and went out for breakfast. Limited choices and expensive. On a scale 1 to 10 would give hotel a 7 overall.

Location and very quite. Can walk to everything if you don't mind the price. Staff never smiled. Not friendly at all. AC gave us issues during our stay. Had to request to be moved. We have always stayed here but for the price it's not worth it when you can stay in nice resort for less.

1st room we checked in the AC quit working at night. Reported it next day and they sent maintenance to check. Their response... like we didnt know how to use controls..I reset it on wall give it a couple hours to see if it's working. It didn't work all night we said. I waited still 73 she set on 65. Finally I went back to lobby and requested another room. They gave us another room. We lost basically one night with no sleep.. We always stay here but seems like it's getting run down.

Did not utilize as I was expecting a complimentary breakfast. We used the restaurant outside the front of the property. Could not keep water off the floor from taking a shower. Not a good design.

the rooftop, but close to early. desk clerk let me know that there was 2 booking under my name. but could not let me know how to cancel one. that I already thought I did. still on April 24, 2026, I paid for 2 rooms only stay in one room. Courtyard at Marriott or Booking .com

The manager , Carolyn and the front desk. Clerk who was bilingual were very helpful. They showed us how to connect to WiFi and greeted us each time we entered the property. This is our 2nd trip driving from Michigan to enjoy this hotel. We loved it so much we return yearly.
