Location was great; room was like a sufficiency suite which was nice. Very clean. Breakfast was good, could use a little more variety and something plant based (no meat no dairy). We had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper. It would have been nice if some changed the bed at least once. TV wasn't calibrated so it was hard to find the correct stations

Location Our stay was affected by ongoing elevator issues. The day after we arrived, both elevators stopped working. One of them was repaired after some time, but the other remained out of service for the rest of our stay. This caused long wait times and was especially inconvenient when carrying luggage or returning to our room. While we appreciate that one elevator was fixed, it was disappointing that the second elevator was never repaired before we left. We hope management addresses these maintenance issues to improve future guests’ experiences.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but the hallway smelled like sewage. It definitely was not worth $350 a night.

Our room was clean. Liked the fact that it was a Studio. Breakfasts were great. Love that there were towels at the pool. Front desk stuff very friendly. Housekeeping always willing to help. Loved the free apples and bottled water at the front desk. Able to keep the room comfortable despite very humid heat.

This is a great place to stay. It is very clean and conveniently located.The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious. I would highly recommend.

That the staff let us use the kitchen when they falsely advertise that the grill was open for use at that exact moment when in fact they failed the fire exam because they didn't have an emergency stop button for the gas/propane The pool is uncomfortable considering that people can sit in their room windows and watch you. Also the pool PH balance was horrid and made us not get in it. I don't understand why the laundry room is in the gym where once again someone can sit and watch you! The green separation curtain fell on me while I slept and caused my leg to go out I informed management that nothing was done regarding the curtain or my injury I left shortly after that event. The management then tried to charge me an extra $150 for a "deep cleaning" when in fact we've been there for a month and there was no damage done to the room on our side as guests. Yeah okay it was dismissed although I enjoyed most of the staff if the management is molded it will soon spread to the rest!
