Pretty quiet with lovely wooded area outside our room. Very clean although dated property. Mini fridge and TV didn't work. Requested twice that these be replaced or fixed because I started a week. No one ever came to the room. I also had to replace toilet paper with my own supply. The ice machine for the facility not working and the pool and area was unusable.

The staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean. However, facilities is tired and is in process of getting a facelift. The pool was closed for the stay. We were given compensation for the fact there was no pool available. This is a wonderful location on Hilton head Island and pet friendly. Hoping our next visit will show improvement in the facilities.

It was clean No hot water at all the entire time, no pool access, no ice machine and they did not offer a discount or anything to make up for it

Close proximity to the beach The staff was rude. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets and blanket smelled like the room of cigarette smoke. The floor in the room and bathroom had not been swept. The ice machine was not working, and the pool was out of order.

No hot water. Ice machine broken. Pool closed by the state of South Carolina. Staff not helpful about fixing any of these problems or when they would be fixed.

Great location. It met our needs.

Room has mildew and smelled bad. The facility wrongfully kept my deposit. They refused to provide a receipt for my stay even though I paid AT THE PROPERTY.

Pool closed despite listed as an amenity. AC unit covered with what appeared to be black mold.

Location. Pool was closed. Ice machine was broken. First room we were put in the t.v. did not work. Staff obviously did not want to be there.

Location Front clerk told me to tell them when I check out if I did or didn’t use the safe to get my $9.00 back & I told them I didn’t use the safe & I never got my money back.

So the staff was rude. The room was tiny. The pool was SHUT DOWN BY THE STATE! and the Ice Machine was broken. Don't stay here. Don't stay here ever.
