Amazing place to bring the whole family!

I loved Sonesta, friendly and clean.

The service issues went beyond the bars. Bar staff weren’t especially friendly, and one morning the cleaning crew nearly ran us off from our breakfast table — vacuuming under our seats and wiping the table mid-meal without so much as an “excuse me.” It was a strange, uncomfortable moment. The coffee shop staff downstairs seemed indifferent to guests, and every time I asked the pool attendant for towels, I felt like I was inconveniencing them. Nobody was outright rude, but when you’re paying resort prices, you expect a baseline level of hospitality — and that was missing here. We’d consider staying again for the location alone, but I’d recommend exploring other options too.

Enjoyed our stay, not the first time and not the last.

I did have a little problem connect my Cell phone to the Wi-Fi there at the Hotel. We finally figured it out.

Very good stay

We enjoyed everything about our actual stay! The room was clean and had a nice view with an additional stairway that kept us from returning to the lobby to go to the pool or beach. The property was very resort-like and well maintained each day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint were the countless additional fees. We stayed for an entire week and bikes were a rental, chair/ umbrellas were rentals and it definitely added up, I tipped my servers and the staff for graciously assisting us but I question at check out whether the daily resort fee is for that purpose (plus there is a additional “service fee” attached to each transaction). Overall it was a very nice week but I’ll factor all the additional costs when considering another stay.

closed 8:45 pm even for adults? Overall, this may very well become my "New Happy Place!" Beautiful Resort!
