The only critique I would offer, is that maybe the poolside bar stay open later.

Musty smell all over the property, but especially in the rooms. Switched rooms and got another room that smelled even worse AND had a broken AC. Went back to the original room and basically had to put up with the smell. Not sure if this is due to the age of the property or if this is how all hotels are in the SE

We come to this location maybe twice a year anwhat I'm finding with this amount of money we spend on a room, I would have thought the room privacy wouldve 'include more soundproofing one room to another it's just the walls are simply too thin I don't want to hear the person in the Next Room was conversation and they they need to do a better job with that other than that to stay was excellent as usual but if you have someone next door that remotely talks a lot or it's very energetic and and and and vocals then you may be in for a long night well please don't misinterpreted this state is a resort is everything was great but I think the building the architecture was flawed

The hotel was on a great location right on the ocean. The food was great. The hotel was very large and could have used more maintenance crews to keep up with some aging issues.

I arrived sooner than I expected because I was meeting friends but I missed them. But the associate at the counter went above and beyond assisting me. She was great! The bed was very comfortable, I slept the whole night, got a full 7 hours sleep. Did I mention the associate was great, I can’t remember her name, but she was from Jamaica.

Terrible response from front desk. They didn’t allocate the room I have booked as they stating that it’s full and cannot accommodate with oceanview I have booked

Location was great, great size room, bed comfortable and loved the balcony. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I don't remember their names but the gentleman that shuttled us to our conference was very nice, friendly and helpful. He even remembered us the next morning and stopped to speak with us. No soap in my room. :(

When I requested for some pool towels, there was nobody to help.The lady at the front desk said she could not leave her post so I asked her if there was some sort of extension she can call like housekeeping maybe but she said no… what kind of hotel is this???? There was also a lot of flies on the property esp in the indoor pool and gym

The hotel pools were nice and fun, and the resort’s beach view was absolutely breathtaking! The scenery made the stay even more enjoyable, and it was so nice being able to relax by the pools while taking in the beautiful ocean views. Overall, a great place to unwind and enjoy a beautiful getaway!

I booked a room many many months in advance a premium room and they try to well they didn't try. They did the first night put me in a deluxe room with a blocked view even though I paid for oceanfront view. They try to make it up with some credits and what not. But it didn't quite get what what I paid for. I don't think but and it was kind of run down for being a Hilton was not a nice as Hilton till I stayed at before. Especially for it being a resort. You figure it'd be a little more kept up with. Whatever all the staff was nice. They did try to fix after me Complaining three times but just coming into that on my anniversary day. Upset me so kind of dampered my whole 3-day stay there.

Property was clean. Staff very friendly. I do suggest checking room availability before your arrival as the property did not have oceanfront room availability for me although that was what I paid for. They were able to get me in an oceanfront the next afternoon.

This is one of the best resorts I have ever been to. The staff was amazing everything was clean and they really strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This will be our annual vacation spot moving forward
