Everything!! It was our first trip to Albania with the family after many years. The owner was very hospitable, amazing rooms and the breakfast was wonderful. He served the breakfast in our rooms in the balcony that has a beach view. My family was content and I was so happy to see such excellent customer service. At check-out, we were short on cash, the owner was letting us go without us paying some cash as we were short. It is very rare to find such kind people, and if I ever return, will definitely stay here and will also recommend to friends and family. it was a good place. no other guest at that moment. big room with a big refresh in the bathroom. nice terrasse in the room good breakfast a few time the electricity goes down but the owner did his best to find solutions.

Close to the beach, balkony view. We stayed just outside the season (end of September). Kitchen and main area were closed which was the same for other places around this beach eventhough it was still 30 degrees. Would love to come back during summer time. Very creaky bad, couldn't even move our toe. My partner decided to sleep in the other separate single bed so hopefully we would have some better sleep. Didn't really have contact with the host. They seemed in a hurry and didn't see them the rest of the stay. There were a lot of ants in the room, including in our beds.

Very nice, modern and clean room with everything you need - towels, a/c, wifi, parking etc. The owner is such a lovely lady, she treated us with cold drinks, offered beach mattresses and was super kind. Amazing view from the balcony. Beach is just two steps away from the hotel. If you want to chill couple days I highly recommend this place :)

Location, clean room, good staf. The bed was very very uncomfortable, we didnt sleep well and too much all the days.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel's location near the beach was perfect, and I enjoyed the stunning views. The breakfast was the best I've had in a while - delicious and varied. The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and I was impressed by how clean everything was. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation. Can't wait to return! The location was the best part. It included a very good breakfast and an umbrella and chairs on the beach across the street. The rooms looked like they were recently renovated and everything worked ok (bathroom, AC)

Beach is just across the road through a restaurant. The breakfast was delicious Staff was friendly The bed is quite hard (matter of taste) Quite noice polluted at night. A faint smell of sewage (perhaps from outside rather than from inside) WiFi was down or had bad signal Unrelated to the review but nonetheless still relevant for your stay. The umbrella restaurant across the road doesn't show up on Google maps but would not recommend it. The staff was indifferent to us. Food was decent.

Great hotel right next to the beach. The owner is very friendly and we got a room upgrade for free. The balcony with view on the beach was nice to sit on and enjoy the breakfast, which was good and a good portion. Free parking is included and it a free umbrella with two beds is included, which is very good
