We stayed here after we had to book the same day due to an emergency. Staff was helpful, their english was good as well, we got some presents for our 2 year old daughter, and the room was actually pretty good for the price. They saved our lives that day. :D Everything was okay

The listing didn't specify it was a smoking room. I ended up getting a different hotel as I couldn't stand the smell.

excellent location mid way between station and castle, near lots of amenities, room had everything i needed, staff v pleasant, absolutely fab breakfasts very tiny room - if you have a lot of luggage or more than one person you'll struggle. But well fitted out. Looks a bit faded in places as a building Although lack of japanese is my problem not the staff's a bit more translated instructions on how to use things like air con would have been helpful. They provided some, which was very helpful
