Hotel was located the perfect distance from the train line and very close to many restaurants, as well as being a short walk from Himeji Castle. Very well maintained building with helpful friendly staff.

The rooms were nice, plenty of space. Staff was very nice! Breakfast wasn’t bad. Close to Himeji Castle and Koko-en. Could be a little cleaner.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location is perfect—close to everything. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety.

The hotel is near the train station and the centre of town but is quiet. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste and the room was quite small.

The location is great - just a few minutes walk from the train station. The hotel check-in and check-out were easy and the room had a very comfortable bed, two types of pillows, free movies and a built-in plug adaptor. The hotel staff sets the air conditioning, so not much flexibility if you feel hot or cold, although the temperature was just fine.
