The location of the hotel was amazing! The beds were comfortable, and we were happy about the quality for what we paid. The staff tried to charge us for anything which was extra, including the wifi which was free.

I went with my family, when checking in, most people were satisfied because the room was very clean and airy.

Spacious and comfortable BED! Accessible to most of the tourist destinations. 2 staff told me I could leave my suitcase for 3 nights, but then, the last front desk staff I spoke with said otherwise, and she was not accommodating at all.

Easy check in, well situated, value for money, clean rooms Restaurant was closed, bathroom occasionally smelled unpleasantly of drain, no window to the outdoors (though we were aware of that before booking)

Very good location, rooms are ok, cleanliness ok too, in the end you pay for what you get, good value for money. Only seems like a family business, not professional, gave me the bed when it’s not cleaned yet. Fotos are quite old

Place A bottle of body soap was empty. I shook the bottle, then unfortunately it was dropped and broken. Of course I payed compensation, but staff didn’t apologize about it, but only said “you should pay money”. I felt really bad. No good support.(It’s about only the staff when I checked out. The staff when I checked in, he was friendly and was good support.)

Room is good. Housekeeping is great. There's a smart TV where my kid watched his channels. There is hot shower. There's a water heater, induction cooker and air fryer. I bought an oven safe glassware for the airfryer. We didn't use the induction cooker so I dunno if you have to buy your own cookware or you can just borrow from them. The assigned receptionist gave me the wrong room. When we finally found my correct booking, he insisted that we pay in full before settling in. Most hotels pay upon check-out, right? And I really just wanted to rest. So anyway...different culture, different policies. Upon checking out, I requested for a guest folio. The receptionist printed out, handed me the paper and left her desk. Maybe she didn't want the stress of dealing with a non-vietnamese speaking guest.

Good location. Clean. Comfortable to stay. I can hear the loud music until 3am at weekends from nearby karaoke & bar.
