Kin hotel staff goes above and beyond, they take care of every little detail, their Onsen is private, amazing and open nearly 24/7, the room itself did not have a good view, but this is quite normal in Ho chi minh since it is a metropolitan city. Rooms are quite spacious, clean, highly recommended stay window view

Hotel is advertised as having gym and onsen (literally in the name) and I assume that is why a lot of people would book the hotel. In reality, no real gym and it requires going to get the front desk to let you in, if available. Onsen is actually separate from the hotel, has limited booking availability and will cost you quite a bit more than any normal onsen/spa in the city. Breakfast sort of exists, but not really. For about the same price there are better options

The location is great and staff are very friendly and nice There was a cricket in our room and huge cockroach in sauna and onsen area.

The location and the staff 10/10. The staff is exceptional. They were here all the time when you needed help. Lack of facilities however they offered that we could go to a nearby hotel to enjoy basics facilities.The google or grab map location is incorrect. We went to to a different location instead at first. The “window” room that we booked actually had a window facing an internal wall. So no view at all. Not worth paying extra for it.

Everything was perfect! The breakfast was delicious with many choices, and the location was super convenient — just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. Everything met or even exceeded my expectations.

Great hotels centrally located in District 1. This is a new hotel and the facilities are clean and it is refreshing to have such a beautiful place to rest after a long flight. There are plenty of convenience stores located nearby and a lot of restaurants and pubs to drink at. I would highly recommend Kin Hotel Onsen. The staff was extremely professional and produced exceptional service. I have no complaints.

Well the view from my room was rather underwhelming. I would rather prepare a picture of sorts. The room was immaculate though. Really enjoyed the shower.

I absolutely loved my stay at Kin Hotel Onsen Edition! The space here is beautifully designed in a clean, Nordic-inspired style — simple yet cozy. The room was perfectly prepared, with everything ready to use and fully equipped down to the tiniest detail (even needles and thread!). The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable — it truly felt like home. Honestly, it might have been the best and safest night’s sleep I’ve had on my entire trip. The location is super convenient too — just a 5-minute walk to Nguyễn Huệ Walking Street. For a night owl like me, it was perfect since there are convenience stores like Circle K and GS25 right next door. And of course, the onsen service on the ground floor was such a unique bonus — a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Saigon! I liked everything — it was perfect from start to finish!

My recent stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The atmosphere is stunning, with beautiful spaces perfect for relaxing or snapping photos. The room was spacious and cozy, featuring a luxurious bathtub right across from the bed, adding a special touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a warm smile.
