We did feel like this property looks better in photos than in person - more of a 3.5 star then 4.

Staff was friendly and clean . Good location. Walking distance to a lot of places .

staff My wife and I have always chosen to stay at this hotel, not only for its high standards of cleanliness but also for its prime location in District 1. The property is conveniently situated near major tourist attractions and shopping malls, making it an ideal choice for travelers. That said, during our most recent stay with our baby, we noticed that the hotel is not as well maintained or as clean as it once was. We hope these standards will be restored.

Location, Breakfast offer and quality, friendly staff The water in the room was not fresh. It was served as tap water in big transparent refill bottle. My water probably stayed longer period of time in the room before I moved in. Some foreign particle at the bottom seen. Probably Bacteria or similar. I go stomach issue after drinking first bottle without investigate the water firstly. The findings I could only confirm at second water bottle. I recommend to hotel, only serve bottled mineral water.

This is an excellent choice in Saigon. The location is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities- restaurant, bar, pool, gym, and breakfast were also very good. We also appreciated the free drinks in the room and the afternoon tea was a nice touch. We did reserve an Icon signature balcony room and found it to be very comfortable and spacious. This is just a small thing but hanging clothes where the tray of glasses and tea / coffee service is located resulted in a broken wine glass. Perhaps a different location would be better or as I finally did - lay the wine glasses down. The hotel was very gracious in sending someone up to clean up the broken glass right away and also did not charge me which I also appreciated.

Breakfast was very very good. Great selection. The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. Changing the breakfast buffet items once in awhile would be nice. Face cloths in the bathroom would be nice. The pool is almost unusable. I think the pictures of the pool area are very deceptive and the pool bar area is very small. I did not feel comfortable there. There were ants in my bathroom. The TV stations were almost all unwatchable. It was very confusing to use the TV and two remotes.

check in/out a breeze. One of them was named Bin. He was very polite. Always has a big smile. He went above and beyond with friendly attitude that set the tone for our stay. The bathroom is very small

The location is central and very handy. I booked a room with an external window, which overlooks the rear of the property. The staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast ihas a good seleciton of Vietnamese (pho, bun bo, etc.) and the usual bacon/eggs and various pastries. The hotel offers free daily soft drink and beers from the minibar which is a bonus. Would rate 8.5 if I could, as it provides value for money based on location and comfort. I stayed in Room 812, which is directly underneath the kitchen. It can be a little noisy in the early mornings with sounds of footsteps and tables/chairs being dragged around as they prepare for breakfast service. The windows could be better sound proofed as the Islamic mosque next door had early prayers one morning and woke me up. Although the staff are firendly and helpful, the front door staff can be a bit aloof as they did not even come to the door to help with the bags when we arrived, not when we were leaving. This is not consistent with other hotels in Vietnam where the staff at the front door jump to help with bags, particularly when there are stairs.

Location, Breakfast, Bed, almost everything! Security box should have instruction how to use it.

Food was expensive. Drinks at the bar was completely overpriced and bar tenders not very friendly
