Nothing Location: it’s too noisy, heavy traffic. Not enough staff. Not too many choices for breakfast.

Closed to the center, walking distance to most places. Too noisy, too closed to the street with heavy traffic. The stairs at the front entrance are too high.

Location I was originally on the 10th floor. And it was so noicy. Like there is a construction goin on. I even recorded the sound. When i called the reception, they advice that i transfer room / floor. When i get down, one of the other guest checkout a day earlier because of the same problem. he was transferred to different rooms twice a still having the same issue. Got scared and i told the thin guy in the reception to make sure i will be transferred to a floor that is not noisy. When i asked him if he is sure, he told me "maybe" . And he looked a little irritated. After i was transferred. The next day around 9am i heard a not so loud noise like hammering something . Good thing im wearing some ear plugs.

Location Still waiting for refund. Paid through booking. Cancelled at check in since one room was not ready at check in. Got a discount on one of three rooms. Charged another card with new amount. At this point, paid double. Called hotel after a week. The receptionist got my email address. Reply said wait 10 weeks.

Hotel soundproofing is not good and when we complained that our Neighbor was very noisy, they immediately moved us to another room. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Hotel is a little old, our first room also had a smell (like smoke) but we were transferred immediately so that wasn’t an issue anymore.

Good location, clean rooms and nice staffs who are helpful. The hotel should have informed us that the rooms we ordered have no windows at all. Had we knew the rooms had no windows, we could have changed by paying more, which is exactly what we did during our stay. Also, the rooftop swimming pool does not exist. There is just a very small bath placed on the rooftop. That should not even be called a swimming pool because it's just impossible to swim there (too tiny small bath).

The toilet will take time to flush. You have to do it multiple times. I even got to the point to use the cover of the toilet to put in water in the pump. It was ridiculous.
