The only thing good about this hotel is the location We booked rooms with window and was given rooms without windows. Hotel did nothing to help with that but asked us to contact booking.com. Asked for extra pillow and was refused at first, stating what they gave shout be enough. Hotel is old and floor is dirty.

Don’t know where to start. The room was old and needed maintenance, stained sheets, mold in the ac vent. When we complained and wanted to move we couldn’t. Woke up at 6am for drilling in the wall. The hotel know about it but still let people sleep there. We run for our lives. At one point the staff just laughed at us because they knew what room they gave us. Horrible, also loudest hotel location i ever been to
