Silverland Ben Thanh

The location for starters was perfect right in the heart of Ben Thanh district. The staff at Silverland were nothing short of exceptional and prompt anytime we had requests. Facilities were fantastic, breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. We will be back!

The rooms were spacious and clean (with the most pleasant smelling shower gel!). We didn't have the breakfast option but the free afternoon tea was delightful. Extensive selection of hot and cold food and bar available for afternoon cocktails. Staff were attentive and dining room was air conditioned and attached to the pool. The pool was clean and well maintained on the rooftop. Staff were lovely, particularly Alice who gave us restaurant recommendations and booked us tours and transport. The location is excellent, right around the corner from Ben Thanh Market. There is a Circle K supermarket next door and a money exchange around the corner. We loved our stay here and would definitely return. Hotel is on a busy road which can be tricky for pick up and drop off but certainly not the hotel's fault. The hotel is fabulous.

We stayed at Silverland Ben Thanh on our first night and returned here for our last night as well. The staff remembered us and upgraded us as we were returning guests. Again, the rooms were spacious and clean with excellent facilities and a great view of the city. Location is great, walking distance to War Museum, Ben Thanh Market and lots of fantastic eateries. Staff are helpful and kind, only adding to our love for all Vietnamese people. We would love to stay here again when we return - hopefully in the near future! We had to leave, we'd happily stay forever.

The design and location

Room was small and pool was quite small.

Central location, hotel has really nice style. Staff was very attentive and helpful. 10th floor room under the kitchen can be a bit noisy during the day.

The design of this hotel is stunning and very different from all the other hotels in Vietnam. This was our final hotel out of 12 and I highly recommend it. The afternoon tea was a great add especially with the live music, it really set a peaceful ambiance. The rooms are basic but clean and the shower and bath are good. Once you have checked out you are still able to use the pool area and the facility to wash before you leave is fantastic, there is a sauna steam room etc. We had drinks after we had checked out and went to explore the area leaving our luggage at the hotel as we had a very late flight. When we arrived back they persistently kept saying we hadn’t paid for our drinks as if we were going to leave without paying. It was a shame that we left on this note with several different people saying we hadn’t paid the bill when I was happy to pay it as we had them and even suggested it but they insisted we didn’t have to pay until we left. Very confusing.

The staff were very helpful & friendly. Summer who works in the restaurant was very sweet. The decor was fun & unique. Loved the art & the coffee shop on the main floor. The hotel recommended a really great spa around the corner, best massage!! The ringer on the phone in the rooms was loud. Only heard it a few times.

The breakfast at Silverland is wonderful, and they also serve afternoon tea and light snacks. The food is fresh, and there are so many great options to choose from. I also really admire the interior and architecture of the hotel, particularly the breakfast area at Smith's Cafe.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. The employees were wonderful. Breakfast was great.

Wonderful assistance in advance arranging transportation for 4 with bicycles. Enjoyed rooftop pool. Bellmen were helpful giving us space to assemble bikes and store boxes Huge delicious breakfast spread. All was fine.

Hotel Guest Service is impeccable especially Ashley (Guest Service Leader). The hotel staff is extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. The hotel has amazing coffee shop and Restaurants which are a MUST-VISIT. Any Special Arrangements, if Travellers plan to celebrate a special ocassion is magnificently arranged and handled by the Guest Services Team. Nothing to Complain ! Thankful for everything

AC in the room is very noisy..

Everything was great. The actual room was as what’s on the photos. Perfect location and stay overall. Too bad we couldn’t dine for the evening on their restaurant since it was booked privately. We were able to dine in the morning though for the breakfast and afternoon tea.

The location of the hotel is great! Super close to the market, and surrounded by many local restaurants & cafes. Breakfast is amazing. Staff there are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great location and attentive staff at the reception and bars. I loved the architecture of the interior. The street outside could get a bit loud and could bother light sleepers, although it was pretty quiet after midnight.

For the dinner menu the food was cold, the dessert was lack of taste.
