Near by ben Thanh market of course.. when we check in the hotel was fully booked and we get free upgrade for the night. It was great and then next day we got our room and it was good everything is functioning.

Location . The only thing good about this hotel is where it is. I would recommend this for a one night last resort stay only. It was about $35 Australian per night so you kind of get what you pay for. Says it's 3 stars, more like a 2 or 1.. 1. Photos are nothing like the room. Looks like a completely different hotel, it also says there's a restaurant for breakfast or some sort of breakfast option but there isn't. 2. We found a bed bug. 3. Everything was dirty including the floor and cups. 4. We had to change rooms because the first room was so bad. 2nd room only slightly better. 5. They asked what time I would arrive. I said about 5.30pm. We came half HR after that and they charged our debit card because they thought we weren't coming which led to an international fee by our bank... Which was the cost of one night stay in this hotel. This has never happened in my entire life anywhere in the world it has never mattered what time during the day we checked in they would never just automatically charge it and assume we're not coming they would at least send a message or just wait till midnight. 6. Went down to reception to request a towel while my daughter was in the shower I said can we have it soon she said yes housekeeping will bring it up. Never arrived. 7. How she still had stains on them they had been washed and were clean but just stained. 8. The air con in the second room we change to didn't really work that well we were still hot all night running it on highest. 9. They refuse to give you a second key card. If you want to run out and quickly do something you can't leave the air conditioning on so you come home to a sauna every time. 10. Bed and pillows uncomfortable.

Location was very nice

Handy location. The building is old and some very cheap and nasty renovations have been done. The towels provided in the bathroom were threadbare and the bath mat looked as though it had been cut in half. An electric jug was provided with no tea or coffee. The jug could onl be plugged into the socket by the bed as the cord would not reach any other sockets allowing the jug to be on a stable surface. The sheets on the bed had black spots on them that looked like mould stains after they have been washed. There were night roadworks outside the hotel, (outside of their control), until about 4am making sleep impossible and making for a more unpleasant stay

Good location There was long black hair all over my bath towels. Only two small bottles of water provided. There is a kettle but no tea or coffee

Location is good Not very clean, everything old and need upgrades, location is very good for the price, need better cleaning, need new sheets, new blankets.

Nothing The customer service was really bad. The hotel was not clean and small. I called the hotel and confirmed that we would come around 3.30pm but they still cancelled our booking and explained in a very rude way they can only keep our booking until 3pm. We never experienced such a bad service in any hotel like that before. Please do NOT book this hotel and get trouble with it.

for the room quiet clean room, bathroom is clean , and cleaning room and we request new towel everyday they provide well, location is very satisfying cause nearby central of everthing so we can go everywhere by walking . nothing
