Location is perfect. Near to everything you needed. Staff are also kind. They allowed us to use the storage room after check out for our luggages and assisted us in carrying our luggages to our ride going to the airport. Rooms are not soundproof. I hear everything from the hallway. One night, I almost thought someone is trying to get inside our room as I heard knocking but apparently it was just the room close to us.

Location to shopping, restaurants, massage. Easy to get taxis. Bellboys very helpful Street entrance dirty. No access to Lobby for handicap & seniors. Replenishment of toilet paper. Staff poor English. Bellboy siesta better English than Front Desk staff

The staff was very friendly. There was pubic hair on the floor of the bathroom and shower. Also, there was lots of other random hair in the room. Considering I'm blonde and all the hair was black I know it wasn't mine... also, hotel cochin zen was down the street and the same price

Good location. Clean. Lovely bed. Staff got very confused over two bookings on separate days and made me move room which was so confusing and meant they had to clean two rooms which made no sense for them either

The room wasn’t very clean, with black mold visible on the sink and shower. The condensation was an issue—I had to keep the window open constantly because of the damp caused by the shower. On top of that, the noise from the street was really disturbing, especially with the nightclub open every night.
