Staff doesn’t help enough when you forgot your stuff and come back and ask for help they just response like they don’t know and dont care, when i contact them again they not response back at all just leave it like that with me and my mom no clue how to ask for more help

Lovely beds. Very good bell boys and .Some TV news channels on TV in English. Excellent take away breakfast bag for early departure flight, 2 types of bread/butter, fruit, yogurt Very limited choices breakfast.... Seating not as shown on websites for breakfast; all tables joined together as six seater tables, front portion no lighting and not available at 0630/0700 Safe deposit boxes old fashioned with hidden internal reset button on inside; instruction sheet hidden under other material on top of box. Fridge not connected to power on arrival

Shower had hot water almost instantly, not always a guarantee in this area. Also nice big TV with good quality picture. Bed was fine. No complaints really. There was a city view but the window to see it was a little small.

Location 1. I paid for a better room with a bath but the bath was leaking and I could not use it. 2. Hot water was also not hot enough.

Some of the staff are good Room too small.exceptionally small. Dirty n dusty behind the console table...you will know once the table pulled... dirty

Location wise is perfect. Staff service was reasonable and friendly enough. Quality for money...only just this stay as it was a quick crash before moving on to my next destination. Stayed here on several occasions in the past. However, it is now quite run down with water pressure and shower hose just getting by. Wifi wasn't even working for 4 nights of my stay.
