Very good location. Can be access to lots of fun places in Saigon. It’s an old hotel and everything looks worn down. Need to renovate it in order to make it presentable. Towels and bed sheets are old and not fresh enough. My friend complained smells bad. One of the receptionist messed up one of the room which supposedly two twins bed instead of a queen bed. Last reservation was good. That’s why we came back! I have to say, we came back because we like the location. The property and the breakfast are very poor. Need to improve it. Also, hand towels are required in the hotel.

Location is very convenient. Ben Thanh market is right in front of the hotel. A bit small and dated property.

Location is good, staff are helpful Area is quite noisy , with motorbikes honking n beeping all the time, just like other big cities in Vietnam , there is cats meowing at night all night long the whole time we stayed there and it is very annoying definitely effect your sleep

The hotel is located in the middle of downtown and is a great location. The rooms are small and the pictures are deceiving. The building is old therefore everything squeaks to this point. The ac didn’t work and the bathroom was flooded because the drain was somehow there.

Nothing Negative Reviews about this place are true. Complete scam. We booked a nice room with a view, right after paying at the reception the receptionist immediately told me that our room has no ac and we have to transfer to a “back up room” which is by the way so ugly and has no windows. He said that our room will be available after 3 hrs since someone is fixing the ac. I asked if we can view our actual room but said not possible until 5pm? I cancelled instead.

Unfortunately, the bed sheets and blankets were not clean and had stains on them. We had our own blankets, so we used them, but if you're sensitive to cleanliness, then you should maybe reconsider! The room is small, so it's pretty hard to even open your luggage.
