The location in the center of District 1 at around a few minutes from Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Centre and roughly 10 minutes from Vincom Centre was definitely the strongest point as everything was easy to access by foot or by public transportation. The hotel is also very calm at night despite its central location. The staff was very kind, friendly and responsive overall when there was an issue and when needing some recommendations or help. The room has everything I needed overall with a functional shower and clean floors and bedsheets as well as a mini fridge and the price for the room is quite affordable for smaller budgets. The biggest flaw in my opinion for the hotel is the room I got, despite being clean and having the necessary facilities did not have a window going from the outside and it was very dark even at noon. The pricing options were also a bit confusing but the staff understood the situation and the issue was quickly solved.

The bed was comfortable. The hotel is located near the major tourist sites. I asked for a quiet room and was given a room that opened directly into the cafe area, open to the lobby. I found that quite funny! The AC does not cool the room off much, but is adequate.

The location in the heart of distict #1 is excellent. It is in a small alley, which means there is considerably less street noise. The staff is unintrusive and helpful, inluding help in booking onward bus tickets. Windowless room, though I think this also contributed to the room being quiet and dark to promote sleeping.

The bed was very comfortable compared with other places I had stayed in Vietnam and the bathroom was CLEAN, probably the cleanest most well maintained one I had in any of my hotels during my travels. The staff were nice enough, if a little aloof. The location was also great, down an alley so you don't hear too much traffic, but still in and amongst the hustle and bustle of HCMC The window let in a bit of light and the neighboring apartments were a little bit noisy, but I just used an eye mask and ear plugs and slept fine. I think there could have been a slightly better door lock considering that it isn't a super cheap hotel.

Friendly staff who attend to your needs with enthusiasm and care. Hotel in a great location near lots of amenities and attractions. It is at the end of an alley but the alley is short and well-lit into the night and was not an issue. Room was clean and comfortable. The lock on the door was a bit simple being a hotel - just a turn on the centre of the door with a key. On the mezzanine level, it's a lofted area from the front lobby and noise was a bit of a issue given the layout.

Friendly staff. Good location next to Ben Thanh market, but in a safe alleyway so it's not by busy traffic/pedesterians. Room was more spacious than I expected.

Perfect location near Ben thanh market, center of Distric 1. So easy to get all things I need, from transport to foods and others. Hotel is clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Car could not park in front of hotel since it's in the lane. You need to walk 50m to reach big road.

Loved the staff all very helpful and welcoming and nothing I asked of them was a problem. Very clean and comfy room - nice soft-ish bed and comfy pillows. Good towels and they changed these daily. Down a side street so no traffic/street noise. So close to the Ben Thánh market. Stayed 3 nights and would stay again - location great and for the money you pay is a great price. Just a wee bit noisy as my room was next to the area where they serve breakfast but I was up and about early so not a big issue.
