Location is great in the 1st district Can’t keep the AC running without having the bathroom (which has no door to the bedroom) light off. Not sure if it is by design to turn off the AC over night, but with 35C the room turns quickly very warm.

The hotel is in District 1. Walking distance from Ben Thanh market and other yummy food places. Staff is very friendly and available 24/7.

The basin and showers seem to be blocked as the water is not flowing. The air conditioning is a bit difficult to adjust the air flow and temperature.

The location was pretty good - quite near one of the main markets. It was up a little alley which was nice enough, but fair warning that when it rains, the entire alley is ankle deep in water -- there's no way around it and cars can't drive in to drop you at the door! The staff were very keen to help, stored our luggage, arranged the airport shuttle, and were always available to answer questions. Bathroom was fine - decent water pressure, mostly hot water. The room was very inexpensive -- we were just staying one night in transit before getting a place home -- so we were not expecting much, however, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was clean enough to not be a concern, but there were bit clumps of other peoples hair in the main room, floating about the place. Just a bit off putting.

Perfect room for chilling and movies Due to the narrow lane. The taxi can't drop off directly outside the hotel. Balcony is quite useless tho it's filled with air-conditioning condensers.

Very nice bathroom. Bed was good. Projection tv was unique. Room was quiet. Everything was good. No complaints.

The location was convenient, with Benh Tranh Market just around the corner and plenty of food options nearby. Communication with the staff was good, they were friendly, quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had questions. Based on the pictures online we expected a new or renovated hotel. While the room itself matched the pictures, it felt somewhat staged, as the rest of the hotel (including batroom and common areas) appeared old and dated. The hotel is located in a narrow, dark alley, which may feel uncomfortable for first-time visitors to Vietnam. Although Netflix is advertised, it is only usable if you already have an account that works locally, so we were unable to use it. The bedding fabric was a shiny synthetic material that was uncomfortable and affected our sleep. With this heat I feel that a cotton fabric is more appropiate. Overall, it didn't match our expectations based on the listing. This is just our personal experience (40's-50's couple), and it may suit travellers with different priorities.

Location is good and easily accessible anywhere, Hotel location is good with more privacy, price is good too as most of the hotel offer higher rate but facility is almost the same maybe some of the room doorknob should have change as look quite unsecure

The room was neat and tidy , most important it was very safe . The room was cozy and the hotel is located in a prime area and everything was at a walkable distance . Not forgetting the amazing staff they were extremely good and rendered excellent services . NA

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Really appreciate the friendly and warm staff, easy to communicate with :) The wi-fi connectivity and shower was excellent and there is also a Google TV, easy for us to watch our shows. It’s a very convenient location for us to shop and also eat halal food. It is also within walking distance in many tourist spots in Ho Chi Minh like Ben Thanh Market & Saigon Square Sometimes there’s ants but other than that it’s a comfortable stay.
