1. The location is near to Ben Thanh Market; 2. Very reasonable price; 3. Room size quite decent; 4. The hotel has about 12 floors, but each floors only have about 5-6 rooms. So even though there's only one elevator in the hotel, but it's quite sufficient since there's not much rooms at each floor levels anyway; 5. Staffs very friendly and easy to communicate with. Suzy from the reception has been quite helpful too and very approachable if you need assistance; and 6. Might consider to stay here again on next trip to HCMC. 1. The aircondition in the room is quite slow to cool down the room, which can be quite uncomfortable in HCMC's hot and humid climate. We also realised that the aircondition starts to blow out warm air around 11am up until 6pm, when it starts to cool down again. Again, this can be quite uncomfortable, but for us, we are always out of the room in between those times anyway, so it didn't really bother us that much during our stay. But for others who like to stay in during afternoon, might need to reconsider again; and 2. Breakfast is not good, but not bad either. It's just OK. But considering the value for money you spend in this hotel, it's a reasonable breakfast.

Suzy and Stella are very helpful with tiptop services. Breakfast is okay. The hotel should improve the aircond. HCM is very hot, but the aircond is not functioning well.

The location very near surrounding. Great for shopping spree. Breakfast was good provide Halal Food for Muslim. Will repeat again with this hotel but stay other room rather than room 1204. Very good staff .Keep it up. For Room 1204 need to check the aircond condition. As my stay the aircond not cold even after we complaint and the technician just clean the filter. Fridge also not cold. Need to do something. Hot at night and day.

Location the check in policy - they said it's after 2PM but very late to give us our room. The staff has no customer service at all

The breakfast was simple dishes but not spectacular. The staff were kind but the problem was communication as they could not understand what we wanted in English The bathroom is in a deplorable state. The bath water leaked outside the shower area and the glass panel could not shut properly and was in danger of falling off. The WC was choked and the flush was not strong enough to clear the waste. Also in the shower there is no shelving to put the shampoo and soap bottles. I had to leave them on the shower floor and bend up and down to use them. Also not enough hooks to hang our clothes to change. The cupboard in the bedroom is rickety and smelly. Only thing I was happy about is I could receive CNA clearly and keep up with the news back home and around the world, esp the war in Iran

The lobby was very clean. The staff was very nice breakfast was good. Stella went above and beyond. She was helpful getting me a cab and directions My room 1206 was very thick with dust under the beds. The walls were scuffed. The bathroom toilet flushing was intermittent, after a few attempts after each after use the flush would work. Standing water while showering. The shower would drain very slowly. I assumed all rooms were the same as mine.

The rooms were small, breakfast not good, sink was not draining, room felt stuffy. Room was non-refundable.

The location is the best thing. It's close to everything you want to experience, especially first time in Ho Chi Minh City. Staff is very helpful and friendly, most notably Stella. The room is spacious and clean with large windows. The price includes breakfast with proper selections, arguably better than many 4 start hotels in the US.

Front desk Dirty

The hotel is near to the Ben Thanh Market, Malaysian street market, halal food restaurant, halal breakfast provided, approximately 15 to 18 minutes walking to Saigon Center and Saigon Square. A bit noisy during night time because the Malaysian street market is just around the corner. The breakfast can by improved, make it more variety for selection.

I had booked a room with a “view”, but unfortunately the view was of the roof of another building, which was not particularly pleasant. The window was also very small. Inside the room, the furniture was outdated, the bed was quite small, and the bathroom also looked old. The room felt dim and, due to the overall outdated condition, not very comfortable. The hotel is located in a market area, where it can be quite dirty and noisy. Vegetarian food options are very limited. Overall, this hotel may be suitable only for very undemanding travelers. I personally would not recommend this hotel, but I sincerely wish the property renewal and prosperity.
