The choice of the hotel was for the location. Was expensive for what the room was. I booked a King bed with Window. I got a Queen bed with windows to and by the staircase! I didn't appreciate the communication with the staff. She argue as it was a Deluxe room that I got, while I booked a Deluxe King and received a Queen bedroom (with a window right by the staircase). Just an apologize from her would make it smooth. Instead, it escalated. And the floor was dirty, my feet was black after few minutes in the room.

Location was the only good thing but there’s lots of other better options The “deluxe” room with window overlooks the inner stairwell. No view. The towels were stained and ripped. I don’t think they had been washed. We had no toilet paper and the receptionist said she couldn’t provide any because it’s kept locked up (thankfully I always travel with TP). She suggested we use a towel instead! and gave us a used package of baby wipes as an alternative. The shower is held together with electrical tape. There is no shower curtain or door, it’s part of the bathroom so when you shower everything in the whole bathroom gets wet. The bathroom had lots of mold. The hallways smelled. The spa downstairs was absolutely filthy and so unsanitary. I had hoped to get a pedicure and massage but there was no way I could sit in their dirty chairs. I had stayed in another hotel and received spa services in HCMC and they were good and clean. Thankfully I only needed this place for one night. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The receptionist helped me book a car and make restaurant reservations, which was really helpful. The service was very good and the receptionist helped me check in quite quickly without wasting my time going back to the room to rest

The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The enthusiastic receptionist also helped me carry my things to the room. The surrounding area of the hotel is very bustling and crowded. The hotel has full amenities and the price is stable.
