The staff No noise proofing The lobby and the hallway where not showed in the pictures and it was disappointing

Quaint hotel off of a side street. Staff was great. Rooms clean and comfortable. Our first night we were provided with a complimentary foot bath, which after a day of exploring the city, was a perfect en$ to the day

It is a very small boutique hotel. It is basic. Do not expect a Marriott or a Hilton. It meets all the basic needs - quiet comfortable and clean room, a good breakfast, working AC, good shower. I originally booked the Petite but due to a system error it was overbooked and I was moved to the Pastele, which is just a few steps away. In fact, I would prefer the Pastele next time because it is quieter than the Petite. The Petite has the rooftop restaurant and you may experience a flow of people during breakfast hours. Since the hotel is literally petite, people moving up and down will feel noisy. The Pastele was quiet, and it did not brother me at all to walk a few steps to have breakfast at the Petite. In fact, the small street where both the hotels are located first seemed weird, but I got to love it - it is charming and has a few wonderful local gems. Regulating water temperature in the shower was at times challenging.

Everyone was very nice and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond in their duties. Construction noise in the area

The best part was definitely the very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were the same as how thy look in the photos. Location was close to all of our destinations.

Great Location, súper nice people, good A/C, excellent breakfast, confortable room. Did I say super nice people? They went above and beyond to make us feel At home. Will stay again

Everything was absolutely stellar. Staff was unbelievably helpful and the location was stellar It was all amazing

Breakfast was more than adequate. Choice of fruits and home-made yoghurt is very nice. Breakfast cooked to order. Omellete, scrambled eggs, fried eggs etc. - also choice of asian breakfast. Staff are the most cheerful and helpful I have ever experienced, anywhere worldwide. A small Boutique Hotel, so not many facilities, but sufficient for someone who doesn't need a Gym etc. . Overall a pleasant stay. The free laundry was appreciated and returned same-day. The Hotel is in a quiet laneway, so no traffic noise. Many diffrerent restaurants, coffee shops and other types of shops in the Laneway. Hard to think of anything I didn't like.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, in both Hotels. Breakfast was OK, and staff excellent. Free laundry was appreciated, I received same day service. I was moved to another Hotel (Chez Pastel) with my favourite room, where I had stayed before, close-by. Room in Chez Petite was next to lift and woke me several times. This room, where I stayed on the first night, was also next to stairs leading to the breakfast room. Noise from cutlery etc, and chatting could be heard early. Bed linen had some kind of perfume added when washed, and it was overpowering to me. But I must say they agreed to move me to another room at Chez Pastel, without question. No stand for suitcase, had to place suitcase on the floor. The room at Pastel had none of the problems of the first room. Everything new, only 4 months old.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great water pressure. Location is near the big backpacker street (good for people who want to party). Exceptionally clean. Quiet. Staff members were very friendly. The breakfast is adequate for the price, but should be viewed more like a "snack" than a meal. Strange design of the hotel (like two shop houses combined) with two different lifts going to differently numbered floors. The street is small and there's some construction taking place, so taxis could not come directly to the hotel (but it was not a big deal, we just walked to the 7-eleven at the end of the street to call a Grab taxi).

Everything was excellent!

Kim was fabulous and attentive to my needs. The hotel is in an excellent location and is a great value.

The staffs were excellent. They made our stay memorable and is one of the reasons to come back to Ho Chi Minh. Our room only has one chair. We’ll appreciate it more if we’ll have another chair.
-
Room was spacious with balcony. Two air conditioners in room to keep room cool. Breakfast buffet was good and had nice view. Good price for room and they also offered laundry for free
-
The room was comfortable, the a/c worked great, and the free laundry was a lifesaver. The location is in an alley, which is better than being on a busy busy street. The room I got was the lobby room, which was a bit odd but fine

Location is little in remote place.

Such a quiet property, and the staff was lovely. I booked a room here and ended up returning again after a visit to Ben Tre. Loved the location, the staff, and the rooftop breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
