Good central location I could heard someone’s nocturnal activities on a different floor. At least those noises were over quickly but I could still hear loud talking.

The location is so amazing ??. When it comes to food to nightout and malls it’s walking distance. Television is working too The aircon is working. Heater is working. Restroom inside the room is okay. They don’t have spare restroom for the guest. The linens are dirty towels are dirty. And the trash cans is so small ?

None. 1. The area is so loud 2. The rooms are full of mosquitoes 3. The bed is old with awkward sounds when lying on it 4. No elevator till the last floor 5. No housekeeping cleaning the room 6. Incomplete emenities 7. TV is not working 8. The room is deceiving in the pictures online.

The location is great. You're right in the middle of all the backpacker street action. The walls are paper thin. My neighbors were loud. Also, my room didn't look clean on arrival. There were hairs on the bed sheets.

They requested I cancelled 10 day reservation with Booking.com and did replace it with a 1 night reservation with booking.com and have me pay cash or have to play 3% upcharge to pay by credit card to avoid the Booking commission and credit card transaction fee. They also did not do any room cleaning during the 10 days. Wifi not usable and never corrected

We were put in a 4-person room with two large beds. We only used one of them, but when we checked out, we were shown that there were two stains on the unused bed sheet, about 1.5 cm in size. In a rather threatening manner, money was demanded for laundry, not taking into account that we had not even used this bed. It looked like a primitive and shameless extortion of money, especially considering that a taxi was already waiting for us. I refused to do this.

they told me they were overbooked and that they would send me to another hotel instead. i ended up booking another place and staying there because whatever nicecy was doing felt like a scam. i later walked by the building and it's unmarked, from the outside it looks like a questionable spa place. i don't think it's a real hotel.

The booking. Com they gave me different photos about the hotel when I reached the location of the hotel I was shocked by the bad service of the hotel and shape of the room it was very dirty place to stay I am very disappointed with booking. Com I feel I was cheated the next day I changed the my hotel it's really rubbish hotel

Location is right next to the tourist walking street, lots of places to eat and drink right outside of the hotel. But this means you'll be stuck with the sounds of drunk British tourists poorly singing Oasis songs, funny at first, but it gets annoying considering this will happen every single night. Dirty towels, the room was not cleaned, and the bed was not even made. Wifi didn't work, asked recpetion if they could fix it, the lady told me I'll ask someone to fix it'' but it never approved Staff, mainly the lady, were quite rude and not helpful, speaking little to no English. Nightclub nearby could be heard allthroughout the night as the room provided no soundproofing. The front of the hotel was blocked most of the time with bikes and hotel staff smoking right in front of the entrance, entering through the restraunt the conjoins with the hotel, somewhat through a narrow, dangerous stairwell was a better option. Very basic hostel like exprience, would be fine for young tourists who are out late into the night, but for a couple or young family i wouldn't recommend.
