The location was pretty good for us...we liked the alley with food joints on either side. The room was very cozy and comfortable..we felt very relaxed...& of course it was very clean...overall it was perfect for us three friends. May be you can think of providing ceiling fans also.

The location was good and easy to find, but be prepared to walk a bit because cars won't fit down the street. The staff were absolutely exceptional - reassured us when we had any and all questions or requests, and were always happy to crack a joke with us. They also received deliveries for me and kept our luggage safe on our check-our date before we headed off to the airport. The room was fairly spacious and the linen smelt very clean and was very comfortable. The shower was a little bit difficult and uncomfortable to use (squishy, sometimes only lukewarm water, the top showerhead leaked so the water release was not consistent), but otherwise, the place was actually super comfortable! We stayed the night Vietnam won a football competition, and despite all of the noise outside from the celebrations, we weren't actually disturbed that much!

The room is too small. There was no much space and the bathroom is very thight. The bathroom rug was very dirty and the towels really need an upgrade. The AC does not allow modulation. They gave us a bottle of water, but there is not a supply of water.

My balcony room was spacious and kept clean with daily housekeeping. It had one queen and one single bed. Although the room seemed a little older, it was well-maintained. The staff provided exceptional service – a perfect 10/10. The hotel's location is excellent, right near numerous restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Highly recommended if you value tranquility, safety, cleanliness, and incredibly friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and the location of the property was very accessible. The hotel room was really clean and the room was quite large compared to hotels I've tried in other Asian countries. The alleyway outside of the hotel was not super clean but the hotel and its location with respect to nearby attractions and markets made up for it. Short walk away from famous places in HCMC.

Hotel doesn’t provide the drinking water bottles.

Everything is good. Location is 10/10. Very near bui vien walking street. Benh tanh market 10 minutes walking. Many local foods around here. They clean up everyday and renew stuff like towel and toothbrush. Need to drag our luggage to main road because car couldn’t go in.

Great Friendly reception staff The cleaning ladies were very noisy when asking me if I was cleaning the room or not, because it was too early and they were upset because I told them to clean it later.
