Have seen a few reviews about theft but we did not experience it. The location was quite confusing as we didnt relise it was inside a resteraunt but once we figured it out it was pretty decent. The elevator was quite random one morning as it came up with a bedside table in it and we had to squish in along side it. (Elevator fits no more than 2 adults comfortably) Besides this the hotel definately is value for your money.

I have stayed here twice and always had a wonderful time. It’s very clean, the rooms are so nice, the location is ideal bc it’s a little removed from town so not noisy, about 10-15 min bike to the beach and about the same to town. Most of all, the family who run the place were SO kind and helpful! When I left my entire toiletry bag with all my skin products there, Ryan arranged to have it delivered to my hotel in Hanoi. Really wonderful spot, I can’t recommend it highly enough

Host is simply superb.Commnunication before arrival and during stay awesome,arranged taxi from airport great.wifi excellent.Room is big,with well workiing fridge.Location is exactly what you want being walking distance from 4-5 attractions.No noise from streets-reallly very quiet.Tons of places to eat literally right on the street-same for money exchange at good rate. Host is working on renovation so this will make property even better.

This hotel is well located, just a three-minute walk from Walking Street. The family who runs the hotel is very friendly and always willing to help. The hotel could use some maintenance, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain.

Good location. Peter at the front desk was kind. Restaurant in the bottom was great! We read other reviews on here and Google that suggested to watch your belongings (especially the ones in the safe) so we locked everything valuable in our suitcases with our own personal locks or kept it on us at all times. We took photos of our unlocked bags before leaving and after coming in and are very grateful that we were super cautious as the zippers where moved for our unlocked bags and the stuff we set specifically in front of the safe did not match the photos we took before hand (meaning things were shifted and moved). We still enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the clean room. Just be cautious and you'll be fine too ? also eat the pho downstairs cause its delicious!
