I thought i had booked with window may be i made a mistake but i could'nt change after.

Location. Staff was great and everything with in minutes

Plenty of small quick bugs/insects inside the room, on the furniture and bathroom. It seems the stuff knew about this so maybe a common issue, same in other rooms we tried there. Stuff trying to be helpfull.

Nothing. (1) The partition between bed and restroom was very very bad. It was transparent which is completely not good when we stay as a family. (2) We sent message to them via booking.com and requested for early checkin, but they did not reply at all. (3) When we arrived 2 hours earlier than checkin time, they did not give us the room until checkin time, even though the room was ready (we saw that some rooms were cleaned already even before our arrival). Atleast they should have replied to us earlier for our early checkin request. (4) We sent messages asking about credit card payment, they did not reply for that also. (5) Front desk was rude in saying that they cant give room until checkin time.

Breakfast is only OK. This is my preferred hotel when in Saigon.

Breakfast was okay. It’s located behind a bunch of bars and clubs. Music blasting and couldn’t sleep at night until the clubs closed after 2am I believe.

The pool was small without shade umbrellas and with very few chairs. Still used the pool since first week in may was very hot.

I love that the property is so centrally located. You can come in the front or go down the back exit into a cute little alley that has lots of little shops and restaurants and leads out to one of the big walking streets which is so close. Only one lift which is a bit of a rush when everyone is having breakfast and heading out on tours.

The pool location was great staff was very helpful head and amazing Cleaning Lady great view from the rooftop pool and restaurant view definitely would come back there again The Wi-Fi was not the greatest that's really about it

The breakfast needed more variation and to provide yoghurt as well. Also limited seating at breakfast.

Location was excellent, did not have breakfast, I don’t eat breakfast, shops are all within a short walking distance. Staff very friendly & helpful. Nothing, everything was great

Central location, good breakfast included, clean rooms Right now the street in front of the hotel is under construction so it can be hard to take heavy luggage in. Cars also can't pick up or drop off right in front of the hotel, but it's not a very long walk to the main streets. At night the street can be very active so if quiet is important to you, you may want to find somewhere else to stay. It was fine for us though.

Very disappointed with the hotel this time. Very noisy guests not showing any consideration to others also the same people were handling the breakfast smorgasbord food with their bare hands. In actual fact I spoke to them about using the cutlery and other utensils which were provided. Any wonder people get gastro.
