Location- walking distance to MRT, Ben Thanh Market and other landmarks It’s affordable, booking rooms includes buffet breakfast which is a good deal. Beds are comfortable. Rooms have own kettle, fridge, hair dryer, toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, disposable toothbrush, toothpaste, comb No elevator so if you travel with big bags or with seniors, this will be challenging
-
everything good except no lift but they offer less floor. and good breakfast. i will stay again here
-
environment Was staying in tony hotel instead

The pictures of the room posted online made it look brand new, but in reality, it was very old. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work properly, and the breakfast lacked variety.
-
The staff is very friendly, they even prepare the breakfast early when we inform them about our trip start early. It near vicinity where coffee, beer, convience store. Not applicable
-
The location was perfect it very easy to walk to Saigon square, Russian Market, Ben Than, even the post office. The stairs to get to the room, the room needs to have a fresh up so new paint is definitely a requirement
-
People are friendly staffs are helpful There wss no lift
-
When we checked in, the sheets weren't very clean.
-
The property is different from the pictures posted in the site They are not clear about the cost of the services which are overpriced with respect to other options and may have hidden fees. For example we asked for a transfer from the hotel to the airport and when we came there the driver asked us more money as a fee to enter the airport

Na Nue is in an excellent location in the heart of old Saigon in a delightful little laneway full of small but excellent eateries, including Na Nue which was our favourite place to eat and drink. The traditional Vietnamese breakfast was delicious. Most of all the owners of the hotel and all of their staff were terrific, very friendly and warm and exceptionally accommodating There was nothing we didn't like

Value. Location is so perfect. There's plenty of small food restaurants to choose . Close to bus station. Owner couple are very nice, always with a smile on their face. The two guys who helps them were also very nice. Breakfast is also a plus and delicious. The bed. It hurts my back . Also no elevator, although the owner accommodate us on the first floor since we arrived very early and just waited.

First, the staff, All them were so nice and very welcoming. They were extremely helpful. Then the location of the hotel was near to almost all of the popular places to visit. Bui vien is just at the end of the alley. Also, for the price per night, it’s definitely worth it.

The accommodation is nestled in the back of a restaurant. You can find images online that show you exactly where it is, so there's no excuse for those that have reviewed previously that it was hard to find. The restaurant itself has a full menu of local and western dishes. The meals are delicious. The staff are amazing. The young men at front of house do an amazing job and are super friendly. They are an asset to the company. Overall, this place ticks all the boxes. We really enjoyed our 6 nights here. Breakfast was delicious although limited. It is best to get in early to make the most of it. The later you wait the less choices remain. If you do happen to sleep past breakfast the restaurant offers a breakfast menu and there are numerous other options in the vicinity. So not really a big deal. The other negative I've seen in previous reviews is that there is no elevator. The staff carried our suitcases up and down for us. Also, the amount of cheap food and, of course Bia Saigon, what's a few steps to climb to offset the calories?

was not the room we expected
