Location , size of suite Charging for water in mini bar on check-out when the bottles are replaced daily FOC by the cleaners - beer and stuff is one thing, water ridiculous!

I had a great stay, the location was perfect, as it is just around the corner from everything you need, The staff were the best, everyone was very polite, helpful and engaging and they always made you feel welcome at any time of day. I would like to thank Thuy Anh, she tried very hard and was able to extend my stay per my request.

The hotel has a great location, right in a central area. The room was spacious, with air conditioning and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Since it’s located in a busy central area, it can be quite noisy, but that wasn’t an issue for us. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was satisfactory, although there is room for improvement. The breakfast could be better, with more options and better ventilation in the area.

Fantastic location and the rooms were good. AC was not working well but the staff immediately fixed it and informed us about the same. Great hospitality. The woman who takes care of catering (the lead woman staff) was extremely bossy, rude and even stared/observed us when we were serving ourselves. Extremely disrespectful and no manners in managing guests. Being kind and polite is the first thing one learns in hospitality which was lacking in her.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the property is right at the center of the tourist area so very crowded. The breakfast quality was poor. It didn’t have the varieties and quality that was shown on the pictures. The facility was small. Very crowded area and loud.

This hotel is well located - close to the action, but quieter than hotels on Bui Vien. Our room was large and had pleasant views over the park and along Pham Ngu Lao. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The entrance to the hotel was often blocked by motorbikes parking on the footpath. This also made it difficult to load and unload gear from taxis. Breakfast was just OK.
