The One Hotel Ben Thanh

The front desk team were always welcoming, cheerful, and eager to help with any requests. I was particularly grateful to Nghi, who took the initiative to arrange a more comfortable room for me and checked that everything was to my satisfaction. The kindness and personal attention shown by the staff made me feel at home throughout my stay, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I was looking for an affordable place in the city center and this hotel turned out to be an excellent choice. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. Breakfast was fairly simple, but there was enough variety to start the day feeling satisfied. Considering the price, the overall quality was far better than I expected.

I DONT like…I confirmed my 4 night stay at the hotel and when we got to Vietnam while we were still at the immigration line at the airport. Receptionist said that he sent me a message confirming our arrival and reservation. What in the earth that I have the time to read and respond to their messages while we are at the immigration line. I already confirmed the reservation 2 days prior our arrival. They canceled our RESERVATION when we arrived at the hotel. They CANCELED our reservation when we arrived at the hotel. With heavy luggages we left the premises and went out to look for hotel accommodation.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The bedroom and bathrooms were clean upon arrival and comfortable. The hotel is located near numerous things, markets and restaurants are in walking distant.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We’d like to thank the staff, especially Ngi and Steve, for their excellent service and for being so accommodating throughout our stay. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We truly appreciate their hospitality and would happily stay here again.

room was too dark and not great .. there were ants in the room and was too old . cleaning cart was kept just in front of the room .. over all can be avoided.

The location and the aircon in the room was good. The lighting was poor that we struggled packing our stuff.The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working,so we had to open the window in the bathroom all throughout our stay

Location was excellent, staff was kind and helpful. Overall good value. Great option for solo traveler. The bed was alright. I could hear the plumbing all night. The walls are paper thin.

The showers are the worst showers I gave ever experienced. It was actually painful on some parts of the body. Every stream of water coming out of the shower head was like being continually stabbed by needles. So you can imagine how magnified that would feel on more sensitive parts of your bod.

The staff were really friendly and easy to communicate with, as they spoke English very well. They were always patient, attentive, and happy to help whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Their warm and professional attitude made us feel comfortable right away. It’s small interactions like these that truly make a stay more pleasant and memorable.

The AC did not work well bathroom was very dated with broken tiles in the floor

The hotel is very clean and conveniently located near Ben Thanh Market in District 1. Everything is within easy reach, making it simple to explore the city. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even helped print some documents for me at no extra cost, which was a huge plus.

The room may be compact, but it’s more than enough for one or two people staying a few days. Everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable. The cozy size actually added to the welcoming atmosphere.
