The size of the room and the staff - especially the doormen. Also the housekeeping each day was very good. 1 small elevator and the pool is small. But these are not big issues.

It was okay, location is great (right in the center, 5 minute walk from Ben Tanh market) and room was clean. You get a lot of gadgets (like nail clippers, a good shampoo and conditioner, face scrub, all kinds of toiletries..), free access to Netflix, ... 2 power plugs near my bed didn't work, no window, found a towel the first day between my 2 pillows (they looked clean, but made me think they hadn't been changed), breakfast was so so. Still a bit expensive for what it is, you clearly pay for the location. I'm sure at this price you can find a better room.

This hotel ticks all the boxes. The staff is very very friendly and are super helpful. The rooms are clean and breakfast is delicious. Some rooms have no windows or small.

Good value for price. Great staff — very friendly and accomodating. Great location. Really good breakfast buffet: good omelet, good selection changed from day to day. Small pool but clean and perfect for mid day dip. Gym is small but has the basics. Bed and pillows were comfortable. If you want a hotel with a pool in D1 this is great value for price! Nothing stands out.

Very good breakfirst and helpfull staff. The room had no window - so we upgraded to a room with window - but that was a joke - it was a little window to a fire staircase. And the upgrade was almost same price as what we paid so we ended up paying double as much as we intented.

Ok, this is a budget hotel. If you accept that, then fine. It wasn't what I was looking for, but that's my mistake. The location is fine. You can walk to most sites. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room, though not large, had all you needed. No bar, despite a huge drinks menu on the wall at reception. Pool very small, to get to the sundeck you have to walk through the gym. Breakfast served in a rather cramped basement, and you may have to share a table.

Very central location . Close to everything we needed. Our so called superior room was very small and did not have a window. We were upgraded to a VIP room after one night at an extra cost. This room was much bigger and had a window. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful. It advertises a bar area. This is just an extension of the reception . When we tried to order a drink there was no ice so we had to go elsewhere.
