We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Not only were the staff very accommodating, nor was the breakfast selection extensive and great-tasting, but the location was also extremely convenient for us. The only downside was that there was a slight smell in the hallway, and the bathroom was quite dim.

Customer service was excellent very friendly and helpful, food selections were excellent. The pool/bar area was a little cloudy and underwhelming. I confused pictures from the Hotel vs the Central locations.

What I enjoyed most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Excellent location, walkable distance from markets, restaurants and shops. Excellent service from all staff. Very polite and attentive employees. Room very clean. On our last full day, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. Everything was delicious and prices were reasonable. The next day, we checked out at 4:00am, the staff had arranged the cab for us and had packed a box of sandwiches, fruits, yogurt and coffee for each one of us to take to the airport. So many other positive details that I want to add, but I will make this short. Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel, you will not regret. Thank you to all staff for making us feel special. Nothing

The staff were extremely helpful and proactive. The facilities are clean, and the hotel is located in the heart of District 1, within walking distance of most tourist attractions.

?? I personally want to thank the staff of this amazing and beautiful hotel. The staff did nothing but show kindness and care towards me and my friend. They guided us through the city gave us a good suggestions on restaurants and things to do in Ho Chi Minh. The area is literally New York everything so it’s easy to walk everywhere instead of just using Grab or any transportation. Is it a very good location, their breakfast is top notch, their service is five star. The hotel is definitely a luxury five star hotel with a very affordable price. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Ho Chi Minh especially if you are a first time visitor of the city. Again, I have to thank the staff because they were really amazing people. They even gave us breakfast for our early check out at 3 AM because we had an early flight to Da Nang. If you are reading this, please go to this location.
