This hotel is amazing! Best location ever, nice big room, AC worked well, super friendly staff, hot water in the shower (sometimes hotter than other times), and a parking spot out front for our motorcycle. There is an elevator, the wifi was fast, and there are even bell boys ready to help with your luggage. Right next door was a club with loud live music on Thursday and Friday nights (Tuesday and Wednesday nothing, and I don't know about the other nights), BUT they stop exactly at 10:00pm. So that's awesome!

Beds and pillows were not great Some of the bathrooms are badly set out. But it was clean and the service was good.

The location was great. The hotel is very close to many of the must-see spots in Saigon. The staff is kind, and the desk is staffed even late at night. I will, for sure, stay here again in the future. The bathroom could be cleaner, but overall, it was okay.

No breakfast included but surrounded by restaurants. Vietnam Pho- Michelin starred is just a walking distance as well as the best Bahn mi in Ho cHi Mihn. Staff showed kindness, accommodating especially Mya. No breakfast.

Although the room is correctly equipped with all described during the booking, actual facility appears to be old. The photo in this app thus appears to be the beautification of where I will actually stay. However, the room facility does the job well to be cost-effective for solo traveller. Although I enjoyed the location, you better seek a more expensive, cleaner and modern hotel when you travel with someone.

Second stay here, first was at start of the holiday, this was prior to going home. Located in District 1, a number of points of interest within walking distance. Rooms economically sized, big enough but no bigger, clean but plain and functional. Decent bathroom, comfy bed. TV and fridge (2 bottles of water a day provided) were welcome features. Staff very nice indeed, both behind the desk and the porters. I requested a quiet room for this stay as the one I had at the start of my trip (603) had a non-closing window which let a lot of traffic noise in. On this occasion my room had no window, which whilst meaning no natural light did have the advantage of being very much quieter. Aircon units dated and a bit noisy. The one in the first room I was given (403) on this occasion didn't work, but to the staff's credit I was instantly moved to an alternative room where the unit worked but was a bit squeaky. which can be an issue if you want to sleep in a comfortable temperature. The staff here are, as I say, very nice and very professional and treat guests well. The people make the place, and with great staff like these the little improvements needed are easily achievable. I think with a bit of updating (aircon and window closing) and maybe some simple decoration in the form of a little Vietnamese (perhaps) artwork on one wall of each room, this hotel could score highly.

It was in the centre of the city It was too noisy, loud music could be heard every day from the street. There was not enough wifi service in the room.
