The staff was very welcoming and helpful - they provided great suggestions for dining. There is a complimentary tea and sweets provided at the hotel's restaurant as a welcome gesture. Location is great - within walking distance from most attractions in city centre.

Very nice hotel with a friendly and attentive staff. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. The breakfast was very good, and the rooftop pool is beautiful. The hotel is also very well located and easy to access, making it a great choice for both leisure and business trips. Nothing major to highlight. The only minor point is that the spa is located very close to the pool area, so there can be some noise while receiving a massage. However, this did not significantly impact the overall experience.

Really cute rooms, staff so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, the little afternoon tea and macaron plate was such a treat. Pool area was very nice. Spa was great. I appreciated the rooms had air filters too.

Amazing location! Walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and sites. The room had comfortable beds, cleaned well and staff were friendly+helped with recommendations for local restaurants. The AC could have been stronger. The room I was in had 2 twin beds and the far bed did not feel the AC as much as the other side of the room.

The location can’t be beat! Literally a 4 minute walk to Ben Thanh market and spas and restaurants everywhere! Very chic and boutique .. small and quaint with a wonderful staff! The breakfast offerings were great and the pool and gym an added bonus. The room was cozy and enjoyed the decor. Nothing

Staff friendly and helpful. Arrived at 1am in the morning. Staff member advised that the room I had booked online was very small. He offered me the option to upgrade and to pay the extra fees. We decided to stick with the small room which although small was beautifully decorated and had a tree instead of a wardrobe to hang our clothes from which was quite amusing. The bathroom and sink area was spacious so we used this area for getting dressed. Breakfast was good and varied. Location great. No
