Location is great. Very close to a large marketplace. Breakfast very good. Didn't like our first room on Level 2 (bit small) so upgraded to the bigger room on level 8, so much better with it's own balcony. Pool is small but nice as part of the pool is in shade. All the staff were so good. I think i liked the place just the way it is.

Hotel: boutique, clean, and comfortable. Staff: honestly, amazing. Nhu goes out of her way. She even shared updates on my father when we went out for the day and he was hanging around alone. It’s shows when someone truly loves their job. All in all, great all round place. 1 lift, but never had to wait too long

The Me Saigon Hotel is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The location is unbeatable. The staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Duy and Nhu, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. Their kindness and dedication made us feel truly welcome. We highly Nada. Nothing. ?

We had a wonderful stay at Me Saigon. The location is perfect, and the rooms are clean, but the hospitality is what truly stands out. A special thank you to Nhu, who went completely out of her way to look after us and made our trip unforgettable.

Staff or hotel manager should put sign to all locations at breakfast place. Do not use the hands have to use tong. Nothing we didn't like about the hotel.

Great location, very clean, great staff, especially Nhu and Anh. Both were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room for one person was perfect. Great breakfast too. Highly recommend. I liked everything.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful - they provided great suggestions for dining. There is a complimentary tea and sweets provided at the hotel's restaurant as a welcome gesture. Location is great - within walking distance from most attractions in city centre.

Very nice hotel with a friendly and attentive staff. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. The breakfast was very good, and the rooftop pool is beautiful. The hotel is also very well located and easy to access, making it a great choice for both leisure and business trips. Nothing major to highlight. The only minor point is that the spa is located very close to the pool area, so there can be some noise while receiving a massage. However, this did not significantly impact the overall experience.
