Great room size, great interior design, good bedding, excellent location for market and art museum. Street noise was constant, one of two TV in room not working, need better placement of plugs for charging, I would not recommend this facility for older people-lots of stairs

- The staff were wonderful. - The location is excellent - The wifi is not stable. Lost connection intermittently. - The safe box is not secured to the based of the cupboard. Hence, in the event if someone is able to enter the room, he/she can simply grab the safe box and ran away.

Room was nice, but window was tiny. Breakfast was good. I was in a weird side 'wing' of the hotel which has an entry down some steps. The corridors were very run down and no aircon, with cleaning equipment stored in sight. The pool was tiny with 2 seats and no shade. I had a decision as to whether to book another couple of nights and I chose not to.

Some of the staff are quite friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent. There is one staff member in charge of the counter who provides bad service. The room is dirty—we saw cockroaches and ants. It was beyond my expectations compared to the pictures shown.

One of the best locations in HCMC Saigon, which allows you to stroll almost anywhere. Breakfast was lacking, but for the price it was still nice to have included.

Have stayed here a number of times and always find it convenient and comfortable. Location is perfect and the staff are friendly. Not a great problem but I don’t like the shower in the bath which some rooms have. And being a late sleeper and late riser, I don’t like it when they start packing up the breakfast at 9.45

Place bien à cote le centre , à côté Ben thành Market Chambre not good , we live in 2 chambre and terrible not havé hot water , swimming pool is horrible, super dirty , we cannot take shower and swimming pool . We havé terrible holiday . Never come back here . Pay expensive ánd not good hôtel like they Said .

the location of the hotel was excellent. Prime central location and within walking distance of everything youll need. there are local convenience stores all around and Ben Thanh market is just down the road. The staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating. When we asked to be moved to a quieter room, the staff tried to accommodate but there were no quieter rooms available. The room we had which was the corner suite on level 5 was very noisy. As its central the traffic goes on till very late and you can hear everything that happens. Unfortunately for us there was building work going on across the road until 2am and we could hear every brick being laid. We also had a problem with ants as soon as we put some food down on the table. The lift wasnt great either as we had to go up the stairs to get to the reception and then down a flight of stairs around the corner to get to the lift to go to our floor. The bathroom we had was nice and clean and looked like it was just renovated, however when we took a bath there was a huge leak which made the floor very wet.

Great location Ants on the bed, hair on the pillows, pool under renovation and not told when booking and of course you don’t then know until you arrive which is too late for any cancel and refund.

Very nice staff, good diferent food for breakfast and nice big room , we have good sleeped there. It is in the center of Saigon, near Ben Than market and Saigon square.
