We loved our stay at Paradise Saigon, from the moment we were greeted and shown to our room. The stay was great with a great breakfast selection every morning, a nice relaxing rooftop pool for the afternoon and evening that had awesome nightime views across HCMC. The Hotel is in a great location where everything was within a few minutes walk.

Location-wise, this hotel was perfect — just a short walk from almost everything we wanted to visit in the city center. We were welcomed by very warm and friendly staff upon arrival. My room was great and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool was small but fantastic, with nice views from the top. There’s nothing I really disliked about this place. That said, the included breakfast, while good, was a bit underwhelming compared to the ones at the three previous hotels I stayed at during my trip through Vietnam this month. Still, it was decent overall.

Breakfast was pretty good, I enjoyed the variety of choices. The person-in-charge was also very nice and friendly. Gym was small and only had one generic machine, but for a simple workout routine it did the job. Room was spacious and clean Quite a few drinks were not available at the rooftop bar due to items being out-of-stock. Staff announced that a hair dryer was missing from my room at check-out, but there was no hair dryer in the room in the first place. This is something they should've confirmed before I arrived.

The staff were very nice and reception staff were excellent. Very close to Market, and restaurants. Our bed was very hard and noisy when turning over when sleeping.

Location was great . Not much else nice about hotel Small room . Bathroom almost as large as the bedroom. Bathtub stained and shower head broken . Pool closed for maintenance and received no notice. Would not have stayed if I knew the pool was closed

Location is perfect, close to anything you need but on a slightly quieter street. We had made a mistake with our booking and had to book an extra night. through booking.com. Although we didn't get the room we had thought we booked, staff were very accommodating and made sure we kept the same room. Staff in general are lovely, especially in the lobby -as usual! Breakfast had all the options with freshly cooked eggs to your liking. There is also something for everyone. Pool area smaller than imagined but it is a welcome retreat on the top level with a bar and amazing view. A great place to sit and relax away from the bustling streets below. As usual, it's hard to get a decent cup of tea or coffee for us Aussies, but the usual Vietnamese offerings are there, so just a personal thing for us. Nothing really to complain about, nice hotel
