The room furniture are old, no refrigerator and shower fuxtures are broken No refrigerator to store anything and the shower is broken

The room was clean and spacious. A nice welcome touch they offer a nice refreshing iced tea. Front desk and door man was always helpful in answering questions. Would definitely start again. Pretty good breakfast buffet selection also. The pool is smaller than the pictures show.

The soup of the day needs to improve. The room and bathroom are clean and large. Only 1 lift, so I have to wait.

The rooftop pool was very nice and actually cool which I learned is hard to come by in June. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. The location was very convenient!

Great location a stroll from Ben Thanh market and surrounding activities. Buffet breakfast very good, roof top bar and pool small but usable. Overall value for money, comfortable and convenient location. No complaints, roof top bar area a bit exposed to weather, could use a roof or shade.

Breakfast was good and the staff was extremely considerate and helpful. Plus they great you with a very generous tray of local sweets and lemongrass ice tea, which is very refreshing. The location is great as you can walk to Ben Tham Market and Takashimaya. Great eating places around. We found the rooms too small and even the rooftop pool was too sunny. It had no greenery or tree cover and the pool was very small so we did not end up using it. I felt is was equal to a 3-star hotel and should have cost us about 15% less than what we paid.

We loved our stay at Paradise Saigon, from the moment we were greeted and shown to our room. The stay was great with a great breakfast selection every morning, a nice relaxing rooftop pool for the afternoon and evening that had awesome nightime views across HCMC. The Hotel is in a great location where everything was within a few minutes walk.

Location-wise, this hotel was perfect — just a short walk from almost everything we wanted to visit in the city center. We were welcomed by very warm and friendly staff upon arrival. My room was great and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool was small but fantastic, with nice views from the top. There’s nothing I really disliked about this place. That said, the included breakfast, while good, was a bit underwhelming compared to the ones at the three previous hotels I stayed at during my trip through Vietnam this month. Still, it was decent overall.
