I stayed there so many times in the past. The location is great, close to everything. The staffs are nice. The hotel is clean. The hotel is old. The towels and sheets are old and sometimes it smells bad. The shower faucets and curtains are old.

Hotel is old. Room is old and smelly. Door is making noise every time you opened or closed.

The vew at breakfast was not that great. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff weren't efficient enough during breakfast time. Food, utensils, plates etc were not refilled fast enough. And guest had to bring it to their attention. Be careful with some resturant near by. Especially the Singapore restaurant across the street. High end but suspect of bait and switch with our live lobster dinner. Most expensive meal during our stay in Vietnam but the value wasn't there.

You might hear some noises from the corridor but we were not bothered fortunately during our stay.
