No real place to hang out or to meet other travelers

There is no elevator going to our rooms or no one assisted us to bring our luggage (we’ll pay if they offer) anyway, if you are traveling like 20ish - 30s and saving up this is good. But, if you are traveling with infants, oldies or 40ish or up please do not book because there’s a lot of stairs tho.

Great location, very wide quality beds, lots of space inside your bunk, clean, comfortable There is a large construction project going on opposite, so it is quite noisy during the day

Very disappointing service. The female staff was rude and refused to turn on the air conditioner in our room despite the 35°C heat outside. There’s really no reason to make guests wait in a hot room. Hospitality starts with basic comfort, and this fell short.

Good location, nice staff, restaurant downstairs and lots of shops surrounding

The location was great. The hostel has a Circle K and GS25 right next to it which is very convenient. The front desk was 24x7. There was no elevator. We had to carry our bags 4 floors up.

None The experience itself was dreadful. The booking was cancelled last minute because they do not communicate with each other. The lady staff was very rude. The guy at the reception was okay and nice.

The hostel is in a perfect location with plenty of food options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, the washrooms were always clean, and I really appreciated the individual storage space beside each bed. The food menu was also surprisingly good, and the beds were comfortable. The biggest drawback was the lack of an elevator. We stayed on the 4th floor, and carrying large luggage up and down the stairs was quite challenging. The air conditioning could also be improved, as beds farther from the AC unit tended to get quite warm.

I end up not staying here because my flight to hanoi was the same day as well, they are so kind to cancel my stay for that night with no charge. They also help me book my tour for the Cu Chi tunnel and help me with a lot of stuff like directions to the bank. They also serve food at the ground floor. I was able to use the comfort room at the stay and everything looks good. The people were extra nice too and very accommodating! If I were coming back in Saigon I will definitely be still staying here again ?

Good place and location No kitchen, No kettle for warm waters and Microwave for food

It's close to the main road and near everything. The AC could not reach the top bunk. Although I only stayed overnight, it was a very uncomfortable stay. The staff tried to help as best as they could, I appreciate that. We had water problems the following day too. I had to delay showering for an hour.

While I enjoyed the cozy feel, I think the price should be a bit lower for the size of the room, especially since Saigon is already quite expensive. The main issue was the soundproofing. The walls are very thin, so I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, like people talking and showering. If you are a light sleeper, you should definitely take this into consideration!

The hostel is very clean inside and no issues with the aircon. I like the bed which is big and cozy and meets the price expectation. Id stay there again when I go back to Vietnam No Common room I can eat or work
