Good location! Breakfast had some good choices and they were a bit flexible with having me serve it 30 minutes earlier than their normal hours. Had to do an upgrade because my initial room choice did not have any windows - very peculiar. In the upgraded room, the tub felt very used - it was not dirty but the edges showed it was quite dated. For the quality of everything it felt a bit expensive....

Room well maintained & clean, breakfast good. Good service especially receptionist Ms Myra (Mai) who gave us a warm welcome, suggested itineraries & food join. Her hospitality encourage me to come back again & recommend to others. She even reply to messages after her office hours. 9th floor room too noisy because of music from outside,

We had a room with the view of Cho Ben Thanh and the city. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. The options were different both days we were there. The location was great because the hotel is directly next to the Ben Thanh Market. We also had a lot of food options and there was plenty for us to walk around and explore. I absolutely hated the bathroom. The room we were in had a shower head but it didn't appear to be connected. There was a handheld shower head and a holder that you had to use to take a shower but it was made for someone really short. The water goes everywhere and the bathroom floor ends up super wet. There are also no shelves or hooks to put towels/toiletries on. The rooms are dated. The decor is strange. If the rooms were updated this hotel would be 5/5. The bedding smelled a little off too but it may have been because of the heat--it's one of those hotels where you need a hotel key to power the room and they only give you one key.

The location was superb. Market nearby. A lot of food eateries as well. Spoilt for choice Did not like the toilet concept. Not a fan of bath tub showering. Wall tiles black and dim lights did not help. Breakfast was the same daily. No omelette choice but mere fried eggs only.

Excellent location, just in front of the famous Ben Tanah market. Hotel has been renovated. Staff are average. Room is so small not as advertised. Bathroom smelly. Breakfast has not much of choices.

The hotel is just in front of Ben Thanh market. Very convenient and easy access to eatery. Everything is ok

I liked the breakfast. Also the staff was really nice. I really think, the hotel should focus on getting better televisions. Secondly, the bath isn't connected to the wall, so it allows water to fall down the sides and then the whole floor is wet.

the only good point is its location, right next to the Ben Thanh Market. And that is all. The hotel is old, the lift is old and slow, the room door is old and the room is small. Does not feel clean, the shower head is old and yellow, the room does not have good soundproofing, anyone that walk does the corridor you can hear them loud and clear. sorry to say, I wont be back again.
