Close by Ben Thanh Market 1) Very bad location for luggage: on the left side of Truong Dinh; cars cannot park on the left side. Must carry luggage across the street. 2) The room is way too small; I could hardly move.

I wanted to take a moment to share our wonderful experience during our recent stay. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of markets, restaurants, and within walking distance to the metro—truly a great bonus! I must also mention that your staff are exceptional. They were all incredibly helpful, polite, and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. Their friendliness and dedication really made our stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast was outstanding. The chef prepared the food with so much care and attention, and it was clear that she took pride in her work. We especially enjoyed the best Vietnamese coffee we've ever had! Overall, we had an amazing stay and appreciate the wonderful service and hospitality. Thank you for making our visit so memorable. While we appreciated the overall service and cleanliness of the property, I found the room a bit small for a family of four. Additionally, the mattress was not very comfortable, which impacted the quality of our sleep. It would also have been helpful to have more lighting in the room, as it felt a bit dim, especially in the evening.

Good location with good price, well equipped room with a lot of amenity staff The young lady at the reception was rude unable for her job, don’t understand anything what I told her, she would charge me for early check in for 15 minutes even we were with 2 small children, she hadn’t any symphaty, but the room was available. The breakfast was weak, 1 lady prepared it for the whole hotel and there were 3 tables only with 8 chairs, totaly unacceptable for a 6 story hotel…

Conveniently located near dining establishments and entertainment locations. My room included a large, comfy bed and a lot of useful stuff, many of which were from well-known brands. The hotel is modern and reasonably pleasant. The staff is really passionate and polite, and the breakfast is great. Highly recommended

The included breakfast had lots of options. The lady cooking and serving didn’t speak much English but she was still focused on making sure the guest was satisfied. The toast was still white. I stuck it back in the toaster and it came out great.

Very close to Malaysia Road which lead to ban thanh market. Cheaper price than any other hotel at Malaysia Road. Even though breakfast is not halal, the chef did effort to toast some bread for us. Housekeeping did everyday and receptionist are friendly. Maybe a little bit noise at night, but i think all hotels experienced same issue due to located at the main busy road.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location, very convenient to go everywhere in the city center, affordable price. The staff is very enthusiastic, they helped me call a car to go shopping. The room is clean and fully equipped with necessary items for a trip. Breakfast also was pretty good. Highly recommended

Perfect location, I can go everywhere in the city center within walking distance. Even though it's in the center, this street is quiet at night, suitable for me to have a good night's sleep after a long day. Breakfast was included so this was even better for the price I paid. The staff are also extremely nice

Breakfast was authentic Vietnamese pho which was amazing. The hotel is close to a lot of landmarks and shops and restaurants. Room was big whit all you can possibly imagine of needing doing the stay. In my opinion everything vas excellent

The hotel itself was quiet for the most part. I room was away from other rooms which was nice. The room was very tiny. It was not always swept. The bathroom smelt like tobacco every morning. We were not informed about breakfast and the menu was very limited (no vegetarian options). The staff did not speak English. The receptionist was not very friendly.
