The staff was amazing. They were very polite, attentive and eager to answer any questions. The complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing. My only regret is that I could not stay longer. Nothing.

Nothing There are cockroaches on the bed. The female receptionist was unprofessional, bad atitudes.

Clean rooms and bedding and quiet. Room was just a little small for all 4 staying,so not ideal for a family,as there are only beds and one chair in the room.

Nice staff (like mostly everyone in HCMC) Horrible room: old, dirty, quirky, broken … bad. Water pressure was really and they give me a room w/out a window! Yes, no windows. Breakfast was terrible, for what I got left at 9 am. Paid $60 for an horrendous hotel. Glad I was able to switch hotel the night after, and things got way better.

Location Hotel is not clean, not well maintained & not hygiene. Bedsheets ,pillow cover everything dirty and hotel like to charge for everything.

- great location - good size room - clean enough THE PRICE YOU BOOK ISN'T THE PRICE YOU PAY. They advertised it for $9 (after the genius discounts and last minute deals). Once we showed up they informed us there was an error and that price isn't correct and we should cancel the booking and pay their "fixed price" upfront which was 900k (~35 USD). Seems like such a scam to post 1 price and once you show up a more expensive price is given. We negotiated to 500k at the end of the day.
