The staff was very nice and helpful. The bedsheets were clean, there was air-conditioning, which helped a lot! The furniture wasn't in the best of shape. The "complimentary" breakfast wasn't what we expected.

The location was as expected. We were given a different room to what we believed we booked. This room was very small, nothing like we thought we were getting.

The staff and the location were great. - We couldn't find a time when there was hot water for a shower during our three days. - Booking.com states "A buffet, continental or Full English/Irish breakfast can be enjoyed at the property." But breakfast did not come with the room. Although plenty of places to eat just outside on the street, no restaurant at the hotel so we felt the wording was misleading.

The best thing about the hotel was simply the location. It was near some of the best resto and food stops with Michelin star so you have options to choose from. But that’s it Management.

The customer service was outstanding Location and the day shift manager Ms Phuong(Vivian) her recommendation on local cuisine and iconic landmarks to visit and her professionalism the quality is consistent and outstanding
