In the morning heading to the airport. Friendly staff taken care of my luggages for our 5 days trip in Thailand .it’s a great experience. We will comeback to Luxe hotel again.

About to leave the hotel and I checked out. Suddenly the lobby is full of tourist group and I feel like I needed to use toilet. Seeing it’s pretty busy at the ground floor and everyone is expecting toilet, I asked the reception if they could give my room key back and I go up to my room for 5 mins. They asked what is it for or I forgot something? I told them can I use WC in my room, they said cannot. The WC is here at downstair. I’m not complaining the staff behavior. I suppose this is hotel’s policy.

The staff is very friendly and the location is great. Maybe a bit expensive for the size of the room.

Hotel is very close to Ben Tahn market and other shopping areas. We booked a family room and and fully paid. when we checked in later in the day we lost the room. They gave us 2 single room instead for 1 night but it was a real inconvenience. The aircon in our twin room was weak and not cool enough so they placed a fan to augment the cool air. It was room 407 corner room.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to help. Guests who stayed there, were from all over the world. I had great conversations with people. The bed was extremely hard, for people who sleep on their side makes it uncomfortable.
