Central location with large rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was great and cleanliness of the room is decently. Windows cannot be opened. The hallway to the elevator was very smelly and stuffy.

Staffing is helpfully and friendly. Excellent breakfast with multi the delicious food disks. Good location close to Ben Thanh Market. You can easily connect with other locations by bus and Grab Taxi. Closed to Ben Thanh market Friendly staffs, helpful and specially the one name Sang is always go say Hi everyone in & out Breakfast is excellent. So many choices and tasty No microwave & Iron !

Location and staff were fantastic. The entrance flooring was still being renovated which made dragging luggage a bit hard.

The hotel was amazing it was in a great location and the staff where so friendly and helpful. The aircon was always on in the foyer which was a Lovley relief returning from sightseeing and shopping

In central Ho Chi Minh everything you would want to visit is in walking distance, such as street food market, Ben tan market, Saigon centre, cafe apartments are 15 min walk.

It was central and the hotel staff were exceptional. The staff were very helpful and arranged a number of great tours and arranged our bus service. It was great!!

The location is superb, being within walking distance of Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Square. The room is spacious and clean, and the variety of food choices in the included breakfast is adequate. The most outstanding aspect of the property, however, is its staff. They anticipate the guest’s needs and serve with a consistent smile. A minor issue I had with our room is that there’s a portion of the bed where the springs noticeably squeak, so it may disturb light sleepers. Also, I think the shower curtain should already be replaced as it seems that mold might be starting to grow.
