I enjoyed the bathtub The fact that it was a love hotel and there was adultery things in the room condoms and vibrators lube and all kinds of things it was very uncomfortable my partner was very uncomfortable We booked this room expecting a standard high-end hotel, but we were surprised to find adult toys and a 'love hotel' theme. This makes my partner very uncomfortable and is not what we intended to book. Because the atmosphere and intended use of the room were not clear at the time of booking, we asked to check out early and receive a refund but was declined for the second night."

Location It wasn’t actually a sound proof room, the street was so loud, our room was next to the staff storage room which made it even louder, during the entire night they show no respect, specially by keeping slamming the door & even the garbage was in front of our room’s door.

Horrible service, no one speaks English. Place was dirty and smelled like burned grease! They charged us more than what booking.com price was. Had to pay for bubble bath that they put next to the hot tub that never had hot water and was so small,one person didn’t even fit in! Cockroaches in the room! No cleaning service! Bedding old and torn! Never had hot water! Shower hardly worked! Shower was in hot tub and not separated! Could hardly fit into the bathroom!

It looks nice from the outside and reception. It’s a shame they can’t spend as much money and time on the rooms than they do on the rest. When I first walked into the room i immediately saw the amount of mosquitos as the tiny window they have was left open, and yes I was bitten all over that night. This was after the card slot for the electric immediately came off the wall, and kept falling out as it needed replacing. Also, the lighting was extremely poor, very dark with all the lights turned on and tiny bit of natural light. Reading other reviews about the negativity of the staff you would think they would try and improve and make more of an effort but they didn’t. Especially the security outside, every time i said hello, every time he ignored me. Also there was no fridge which would have made a big difference. And on a very busy road!
