Location, staff, breakfast Rooms were older and stuffy.

We booked the Asia Ruby hotel for our trip to Vietnam. I was very shocked when I arrived to check in. The room we booked was a Deluxe Double Room with bath, but when we got to the room, all the furniture was very old and the layout was nothing like what was shown online and on Google. I was moved to the 7th floor, and they said this was the largest VIP room they had at this location and their branch. We were really disappointed because everything in the bathroom was very dirty and water was leaking from the shower. They came to check but couldn't fix it. We couldn't leave because we had paid with a credit card, and they didn't want to refund us. We really need to be more careful about these kinds of customer deception. Meanwhile, the room rates were too high. The hotel apartment was worse compared to nearby hotels. The food was just terrible. I'm very sad that my vacation turned out to be like this. How disappointed

Friendly staff, good location and breakfast included The hotel is a bit dated and some of the furniture and fit outs could do with a deep clean or replacing. My room’s window was to the central courtyard where the central A/C outlet or some other machine was vibrating and making a lot of noise, including at night.

I think only space as of now. I felt room was bit small. Otherwise there are no negative things about property. But again it is not a deal breaker.

The rate is quite reasonable, the breakfast is not bad at all, the laundry service is excellent, and the location is great.

Amazing buffet breakfast, helpful staff. The staff (man) was super helpful taking our luggages in and out, he should be rewarded by the hotel. Location is fine too.

For the nightly price, this hotel is perfect for us. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of hot water and the AC works well. And included is a lovely breakfast buffet. We visit at least once a year and choose this hotel.

The reception staff dont know English and simply could not understand my requirement for invoice. It was big struggle explaining it to the staff early in the morning.

The location is amazing. Everything is close by and you really don’t require a taxi. Just take a walk. The staff are also kind. The rooms were clean too.

Alice at the front desk was exceptional. She answered dozens of my questions, always with a smile ? and made my stay very easy and enjoyable. A+++ Bed was great, room was great, bathtub for soaking was great and Alice helped me in every way imaginable, including my laundry. A+++

One of the best things about this hotel is its location near great food. There are plenty of local eateries offering delicious Vietnamese dishes, as well as international options. It was a food lover’s dream to stay here.
