Prime location, large room, very friendly staffs! The hotel location is the key here, near a lot of local street foods like banh my Huynh Hoa, coffee like Katinat and other brands, right at Nguyen Trai shopping street. The staffs are very friendly, respond very fast. Overall the experience is good. Will come back

The location was fantastic! We spent three days and were able to walk to everything we wanted. Fantastic restaurants and bars and having the big window to watch the action on the street was amazing. Great value. We somehow missed a room clean/refresh for our stay. They did give us water and coffee when we were returning one day which was great. Room was lovely!

Room is quite new it seems like they just renovated, i book a superior and got upgraded to deluxe room quite spacious, staffs r friendly and buffet was ok.

hotel Room was good though a bit small. breakfast options were plenty. Very big bathtub, shower area is near the sliding door so water would leak out.

The location and property is good but there is a lot of noise in the corridor that doesn’t let you sleep especially the cleaning lady who keeps shouting. We could not sleep one full night as the ac turned off on its own and they couldn’t do anything. Breakfast is in adjacent restaurant and the staff is quite rude if you come by even 9am and don’t serve anything saying you are late ( breakfast though is till 10am) The second night few guests checked in and they were just shouting and juggling rooms and the hotel staff couldn’t ask them to keep quiet despite several complaints.
