Location is good and hotel is located in a quite safe alleyway, a bit further from main street into the block. Reception is 24h/7 open and staff friendly. There is created a atmosphere of faux luxury. Carefully designed photos in booking. In reality the room is quite average and building quality rahter questionable. In the evening the alleyway is swarmed with pests - huge rats and cockoroaches as big as sparrows. There is quite strange crawling noise coming from inside the walls and ceiling nighttime. Fortunately there was nothing on a run in our room. I wish not to find out what was this noise about. There are better price-value ratio hotels available in the neighbourhood. And also there are little to none full pictures of bathrooms. And thats because the room is small like a closet. Basically the shower is above the toilet pot.

Gorgeous room (love suite) - beautiful, I loved it! Nice staff Great location Quiet - could not hear any noise from outside No door on the bathroom/toilet, it is all open plan with just tassles to separate it from the rest of the room (in the Love suite, it looks like the other rooms do have bathroom doors). I came with my long term partner so it wasn't much of a problem, but I wouldn't have been comfortable with someone else!

it was clean none of the amenities advertised were provided other than a blow dryer and a kettle but no coffee or tea and no housekeeping

The location and decent AC are the only good things about this place. We had 3 rooms, so this is not a review of just one room. The sheets were dirty, the bathrooms were full of hairs and soap scum, and two rooms had windows opened out to a wall. There was no hot water in one of the rooms.
