Very noisy, definitely bring earplugs!

Good location, 24 hour access. The wash and shower facilities plus room were all very clean.

The breakfast can be improved. Fruits with bread was only offered.

>> Room The room is private, but the bathrooms are communal. I love their creativity of utilizing limited space to provide a comfortable stay at budget rates. The room has a fan; the air-con is outside to send cool air to three rooms. If you feel cold, you can shut the upper window of your room. The mirror is attached to the inner side of the room door. There is a desk and a chair, and space on the desk along the wall to put your stuff. >> Staff Especially, the girl staff is also friendly and speaks good English. The reception counter is 24 hours. It's not an often case that I find a small accommodation with 24-hour reception counter. >> Breakfast Breakfast is decent, but it's still good though, toast, instant noodle, chips, and dragon fruit. >> Location The location is at the city center, but it's still 15 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market and Metro station. Just several steps out of the hotel, banh mi sellers are all around. >> Walls not soundproof You can hear the chat or sound from the next room as the separating walls are not soundproof. >> Room Lighting No soft light for sleeping. If I turn on the light, it's way too bright. If I turn off, it's sort of pitch dark.

Everything… they are real to what they said Nothing much. It’s just we weren’t able to do early check in

I basically had a capsule room. It was clean and comfortable, even though the mattress is very thin. The washrooms are just down the hall. Great showers. A basic breakfast is provided for two hours every day. It is in a wonderful location. Daytime staff is a little brusque.. It is a bit pricey in my opinion.

Breakfast coffee is a bit poor quality in coffee land.

The place is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly, and most of them speak English, so communication isn’t a problem. They’re always willing to help. The location is excellent, close to almost everything restaurants, cafés, and transportation. The rooms are dorm-style, but each person has a private little space, which makes it quite comfortable and nicely designed. the walls are very thin, so you can easily hear your neighbors. If you’re lucky and get quiet ones, you’ll be fine. But if you end up next to noisy or inconsiderate guests (like people talking loudly on the phone at midnight), it can be disturbing especially if you’re a light sleeper.

Cramped washroom
-
Walls are very thin and the fan is very strong so it makes it difficult to sleep well.
-
I like that we are at the center of all the places we went (cafe’s, convenience stores, spa, restaurants, beauty salons). If you wish to rent a motorbike, you can’t simply park anywhere because there’s no parking area.

All good

Big bed, good AC, nice laundry service. Nice breakfast. The room was verty dirty...
-
Breakfast is made of instant coffee and toast bread with jam and butter. Fair, not outstanding though.
-
Even for the single room, you're sharing the AC with all the other single room tenants as the AC is located outside the room with a tiny window to let the cold air in. Wouldn't say it's sufficient in Vietnam's hot weather. Please make an informed decision as I was shocked and no refund was allowed.

Very good value for money - perfect for a short stay in HCMC It was quite noisy - don’t forget to bring earplugs

They canceled my reservation that I made weeks in advanced. I even confirmed with them a few days before I arrive and yet when I got there I was told my reservation doesn't exist. Don't book here unless you want to be stranded That I wasted my time and money to get there only to be stranded ( i was there during reunification holidays so everything else was booked) and had to take a bus back home.

I stayed in the small single room. It has no air conditioner in the room but there are windows in the top and an AC outside so the room stays cool (with the in room fan going). The properly has a lift as well which makes it more accessible. Nice and quiet. Breakfast included which was fine if nothing special. The common spaces were rarely occupied, probably because they weren’t air conditioned so could be quite warm. Facilities are fine. The location is excellent. The staff were helpful. All in all, good value for money if you want a step up from a dorm. Laundry is pretty pricey. Probably the most expensive laundry I’ve experience in Vietnam but there are other options. Yes, there are lots of signs everywhere telling people what to do but I suggest there are here because people have abused the establishment in the past. So are deemed necessary.
